HOU Is Focused On Enhancing The Customer Experience
Level 1 - This is where you will pick up arriving passengers, or if you're a passenger yourself, you will arrive on this level. Find baggage claim in the middle of the concourse, and then make your way to ground transportation and the parking garages. There are pet relief and designated smoking areas outside of the Red Garage lot.
Level 2 - Your departure level is Level 2. You will go through ticketing and check-in, and then make your way to your gate. Before going through the security checkpoint to all gates, there are designated smoking areas, information and work stations, restrooms and courtesy telephones. Through security, gates 20-32 are located to the East and 40-51 are located to the west. All along the main concourse are restaurants, pubs, quick bites, bookstores, candy stores, gift shops, retail stores, electronic stores, vending machines, mailboxes, charging stations, restrooms, and more. After the trip to your gate you might be tired and looking to relax, this is the time to enjoy the airport's amenities before take off.
