    I was so happy to have found this Miami Port parking lot. There are so many parking lots near the port that you can choose from, but this one is my favorite. It is inexpensive and has free shuttle service. The shuttles are also a lot nicer than some of the ones I've been on in the past. Such a neat experience to travel on a bus with televisions! 5/5 from me :-)

    This is definitely one of my favorite port parking lots in Miami. It is inexpensive (for port parking) and there are also great staff members to help out with whatever you may need! So friendly and curtious.

    Whenever I've ever come to this parking lot, everyone working has been very friendly! It's very noticable and in your face at times, haha, but it's a lot nicer than someone being rude to you, that's for sure!!! If you are choosing a parking garage, i'd recommend this one.

    I love parking at this Miami Port parking lot. There is long term and short term parking. I have used both systems and they both work very well. For long term parking, it doesn't take too long to book a spot for the week or what have you. For short term, you can just arrive on the day of, choose your spot, and pay. Love your system and love your company.

    I had been to this parking lot before, and things seemed to have gone a lot smoother for first few times. This time was quite a mess... When I arrived the bar wouldn't open to let me in... I had to get out of my car and grab someone to help me. After we got that problem figured out, I had to park all the way on the top floor since there were NO parking spaces available... How? I have no idea. then the shuttle took forever to get there, and by this time I was just livid. When we finally go to the port I felt a bit better, but still... quite the bad experience.

    Loved this parking lot stay. I feel very secure and relaxed knowing that my car is safe and in good hands. It's different when you are only parking for a couple hours, but when you are parking for weeks away, this is when you can become a little worried.

    I never thought parking could be so easy! Long term parking that is... I find it to be such a hassle when I'm already in a rush, and have to wait in a huge line JUST to get my parking pass from someone at a desk haha, it sounds like that wouldn't happen, but you'd be surpised. Especially if you've always used instapark. It is so easy to book with them and doesn't take up much time at all!

    There are lots of parking garages in the area, but this one of the best by far. It's super inexpensive and has the easiest system that I've ever seen. I've never had a problem with it. I've gotten all of my friends onto your service! We all love it.

    I think that the shuttles should be running 24/7... there are always boats getting in at odd times, and the shuttles should be ready for that! Instead, you are forced to call the shuttle service to have them pick you up... Kind of annoying, but oh well. Having a ride is better than having no ride.

    It's nice to know that my car will be watched over 24/7 by the watchmen who are always on duty. Whenever I am there, I see then patrolling. Not just sitting around, watching programs on TV. Great security and great staff. Everyone is friendly and very kind. I always am helped with my bags when an attendant is around while I'm parking. So sweet and helpful.

    Miami Port Parking is often quite... well, sketchy in some cases. Well, all of the cases when I've parked. I'm glad to have chosen your parking garage this time around. It was SO worth it. The price was alright, and the shuttle only took about 5-6 minutes to the port. EASY!

    I went on my first cruise last week. It was AWESOME! So many good times, and so much food, my goodness! Along with this great experience, my parking experience was great too. It was so much easier than going to another parking lot. I've only done airport parking lots in the past, but so far, this is the easiest long term lot that I've been to. I think I'm going to continue using instapark and see how that goes for me.

    $12! No better price near Miami Port... Well, there are lower prices, but you wouldn't want to park at those parking lots... I've made that mistake before, and.. lets just say that my car was never the same afterwards *sigh*.... This spot is secure as secure can be! Love it.

    We did not know the area in Miami but we were greeted by the attendant on duty who was very helpful in directing us to the parking area and being sure we understood their instructions on the shuttle picking up and being there to bring us back to our car after our cruise. The driver also was very pleasant. Our return was on the day of the Miami marathon so he wasn't able to go directly to the lot but his directions were very clear for walking the rest of the way. Yes I would use them again.

    They changed our place of meeting to leave our car due to a "movie being filmed" we had to drive another 40 min (the directions were good) After our ship returned they couldn't find us and had to wait over an hour in the cold. They lied and said they tried to call 3 times! Our cell never rang

    I love how the staff at this parking lot are so kind and friendly. So many people who are working here say hi to you as you pass, and greet you just as you'd like to be greeted anywhere else. This place has better service than some restaurants I've been to!

    What I know about long term parking lots. 1. They are slow and annoying. 2. They are expensive. 3. The service absolutely blows... Well, not anymore! I was at the end of my wits, and suddenly I was shown this parking lot! Thank god! I'm so glad that I've parked here and my faith has been restored in long term parking! hahaha.

    I love cruising, but I also love driving home in my car after a long adventure. My wife and I went on a two week cruise, and by the end of it we were drained. we were so happy that the shuttle was there when we got to the bus stop. Great value!!!

    I mistakenly did not call 30 minutes before my arrival to ensure a shuttle would be available. Once I parked in the garage, I re-read my paperwork and discovered my mistake. When I called, I was advised someone would call me back to arrange the shuttle van. After 20 minutes and not hearing anything back, I looked for an alternative means to the Port of Miami. When that fell through, I was able to meet up with the driver and all was good after that. Upon our return, the shuttle was there is quick order and it was flawless.

    To start off with on arrival called the number and kept getting recording all operators busy and disconnect to we had to pay someone else to transport us. No attendant it garage to speak to either. Upon return my vehicle was broken into by smashing window and stealing everything in vehicle including registration and insurance. Both garage across the street (we were told to go there) and the cops couldn’t be bothered and said, there was nothing they could do. I chose this parking garage as they said there was security monitoring 24/7. Obviously that is a lie or they would have known what happened or video which they claim they don’t have after this incident. No way will I ever trust booking through you again.

    Staff were reassuring and helpful. Pickup at the end of the cruise was prompt and same driver who was very friendly and drove well. When I called to say we were ready to be picked up I was a little concerned that I would recognize the van but I was sent a picture of the van via text and I relaxed since that made it easy.     The address provided to us when we signed up was not the right address, had I not called when I was 30 min away from the lot we would have showed up at the wrong place. We also had to wait almost 40 min to be picked up. When we got off the cruise ship we were instructed to call back the number provided to us so the drivers knew when to pick us up. The number we called went straight to voicemail and said the mailbox was full and we had no other way to contact the drivers.

    I could not reach the shuttle driver when returning from my cruise. No answer and voice mail full. I waited at the port one hour and finally took a taxi. Cost me 20$. Not fun.

    Was given an address to a parking garage, went in and called the number, was told to come to another address and was charged 5.00 when I left the garage. Very confusing and stressful experience. Pickup was also very confusing as the van was not marked and there was no clear directions except to stand on the corner. Other companies had signs and vans were marked. The drivers were nice and the man at the lot, but I wouldn't use this service again.

    When I got to the parking garage (finally, after circling the block for 10 minutes!!!!), there was an issue with my reservation. I had to go into the office to figure it out and by then the shuttle had left .. On the way back it was great, but it was just a nightmare before the trip.

    Well, I had to pay when I left the garage ($96) but I already pre-paid. How do I go about getting reimbursed for the $96? Also, I was unable to find the free shuttle after the cruise so I had to take a $20 cab ride to the garage....

    Shuttles a little longer wait at the lot. Were ok and quick to the port. First lot must have been full. Called and were given another number to call. What do people who do not have a cell phone do if there is a change in the lot when arriving at the original lot is full.

    Directed to overflow lot rather than lot advertised on SE 2. At arrival from cruise called shuttle.... I was advised to go to G-10 and wait for a white van. No ETA was given and on arrival at G-10 there was no white van. Call(s) to shuttle tel no were not answered. After 15 minutes, gave up after 2nd unanswered call to shuttle, got a taxi to overflow lot. Will never use instagram again and am advising friends to not use.

    my husband surpised me with a week long getaway and we parked with you. You were our first stop on the "surprise" and I was getting a bit frustrated because I hate suprises... But in all honesty, if my surprise was to ride the shuttle i wouldn't have even been mad. It was so comfortable and cool! There were even televisions that played movies. Pretty cool!!!

    The parking area was substandard, especially when it was raining. When we came back from the ship, I did not see any security present. The gates were wide open with no one around. The van was rather dubious, but worked. Seemed to have limited transportation for a operation like this. To compare, we have used many parking companies in Cape Canaveral, Orlando and Ft Lauderdale.

    Not very impressed with the shuttle service. We called and no one answered. When we finally got through it was about 45 minutes later. We didn't have any cash on us to take a cab or anything... why would we need cab money when there was supposed to be a shuttle coming to pick us up? Quite annoyed with that. won't be using this parking location again.

    Redirected to dirt lot at 1849 NW 1st ave. It was fenced in but no lobby. No bathroom. Had to wait in the rain for shuttle. .

    I was not picked up by the shuttle in either direction. I booked on location on the day I called for the shuttle I was moved to a completely new location. Had I not called I would not have known about the change. My car was covered in mud when I picked it up. I will never ever use you again.     I called several times before I left on the crusie. No one ever returned my calls. I did not use your parking it was to far away and no transportation to ship. I called many times to cancel and had no response from you. You should be able to see your ( instapark bar code ) was not used. I would like to have a refund. I even had a phone message today Sunday Dec 30. I returned the call and got same answer leave a message and we will get in touch. Thank you for your response to my note and my refund .     I booked my reservation incorrectly and had to book again when I got to the parking lot. i was kind of annoyed, but whatever. It didn't end up taking too long at all.     Bait and switch. Shows a nice parking garage on the internet. Paid in advance and then call ahead of time only to find out we needed to go to a dirt lot much farther away and drag 6 bags of luggage by ourselves across a dirt lot! Awful!!

    Your drivers did an awesome job. We were 1 hour late getting to Miami parking garage and past our scheduled pick up time of 2:15. Your last cruise port run was the one we were supposed to be on at 2:15 so your drivers were off for the day. Your guy didnt leave us stranded and arranged for us to get an Uber to the cruise port. We made our cruise on time. We were so happy that your man help us out and didn’t leave us stranded. It was our fault that we were late and your guys rose the occasion. Many Thanks !!!!!

    Normal parking lot. The only difference is, that the prices aren't absolutely absurd. $12 a day isn't bad AT ALL. I've seen places that ask for over $30 a day... Now, that is crazy. And so is anyone who pays that much for parking. You can get just as good service at some parking lots as those but also go easy on your wallet. This is a good parking lot to do that with.

    The port access fee kinda sucks, but after you pay it, you only have to pay it once. (per visit that is haha). The shuttle bus is free which is a plus!! and $12 a day doesn't completely suck either. Overall good service.

    Had a great experience at Port of Miami Parking. I was on the fourth floor of the parking garage and there was a staff member walking by, and without hesitation they helped me with my bag! they really didn't have to do that, but it seems to be just a reflex for them. So nice to see!

    It was nice to feel that my car was safe while I was away. It is always a little worrisome when you leave your car somewhere that you don't really know for a long period of time... I was totally comfortable leaving it here. I was happy that it was a covered parking lot, and I was also happy to see security guards patrolling. Thnank you guys for everything!!!

    Paid for garage parking but was diverted 2 outdoor parking after arriving n Miami. We had 2 carry our luggage n the rain & mudd & wait n line n the rain for a shuttle. Upon arrival from our cruise, we had 2 wait for more than an hour before the shuttle came 2 pick us up. Advertising garage parking & not providing it is false advertisement. I did not get what I paid for & should b reimbursed a portion of what I paid before I park here again.

    My email stated “Call the shuttle service 30 minutes prior to arrival 1-954-549-8963 Let them know you are on your way to the lot 45 SE 2nd St . Upon arrival at the garage take a ticket at the garage entrance machine.” Instead I was told to go to a parking area that was grass and mud and that after parking I have to drag my luggage thru that muddy field to to shuttle bus to catch my cruise!!!! I did receive a refund less the one day fee because “I canceled”. Yes, and and any normal person would cancel given the option. Never again!

    Emailed Instapark before I booked. I wanted a safe place with security cameras, a garage and security guard. Y'all did the bait & switch tactic with me! Unacceptable!!!! Went to the address provided in the parking garage at 45 and called Jose the shuttle driver. He told us that they do not use that lot anymore and to gave us another address. Parking garage tried charging my husband and I $5 just to ride in that garage. I stood my ground and argued. Of course he decided to say he could not speak English & I called him on out on his bs. He finally opened the gate. Then spent another 20 minutes finding the new parking lot. Omg it was in a horrible area to say the least. My husband and I were beyond pissed. Pulled up to a fenced in grassy & muddy lot with no security guard or cameras. Of course!

    Since it was raining all week, I'm SO happy that I chose to do covered parking. I usually cheap out and go with uncovered in a dirty lot somewhere, but I'm glad that I didn't have to trudge through the mud to get where I needed to go.

    There is a small port access fee for anyone heading over to the cruise ship... I guess that the shuttle needs to pay everytime they go in or something... But it's only something like $4. Not too bad. Glad that I chose you guys to park with.

    We were told that the shuttle would pick us up at the garage when we arrived my husband called and they told us that there was no shuttle to take us to the port, which we paid for. We had to pay $20 for a cab to get to the port, then when we came back we had to pay another $20 to get back to the garage. There wasn’t an attendant there to let us out so we had to wait 20 minutes until somebody would let us out of the parking garage or we were gonna have to pay $200! very unhappy with our experience! I emailed the customer service immediately, still to this day nine days later, I have not received a response. We will never use this company again.

    After we put your address in our GPS, it took us to a garage close to your address..We had no way of knowing it was Instaparks. We tried to call for a shuttle and your voicemail was full. We had to find our own transportation to the ship and back...Still not sure if garage was associated with your company, but we got our after tell the "voice" we had prepaid...Would appreciate a refund for the shuttle service we did not use..Hopefully next time we will have better communication..

    The parking lot was in a unsafe neighborhood and I thought it was a scam at first. The parking lot was dusty and hot. We had an appointment time for 11:30 and ended up taking a lift ride at 12:15 because it was so late and we had to be at Carnival at 12:30. So I ended up spending more money to get there on time, needless to say I was very disappointed and will not use your services again or recommend anyone. Also when I called to confirm, he said I will send text and hung up, I thought it was very rude. Thanks for your time, disappointed person.

    Went to the designated covered parking garage. Was given directions thru the seediest parts of town to a fenced grass lot. We then waited for 45 min in the sun until the shuttle came. It felt like we were sitting ducks for a drive-by shooting. Coming back was easier (and safer)we only waited about 25 min at the pick up area. Though on a budget I would SO pay the extra to park at the port.

    Very happy with how my day is going. I just got home from my cruise, and let me tell you - If you've never been on a cruise, you have to go atleast once before you die... but about the parking lot, there are a lot of great amenities here, and there is a shuttle bus that will take you right to the port. It is quite nice and has AC and TVs. Fancy!

    Paid for a parking lot that was covered and had to move to a uncovered lot to get the shuttle. Was almost late for check in on the cruise. Other than that it was good. Need to get the confusion about the lots fixed. I know most of the people who did the same as me was upset about not having a covered lot.

    I'm very happy with Port of Miami Parking. It is $12 for everyday you are away, and there are free shuttle buses if your car has two or less people. Anymore and you have to pay, but since my husband and I have only ever come together, we always get our ride for free :) I would recommend this parking lot to anyone going on a cruise from Miami port. Great value!

    It took over an hour to locate the parking lot because we were given the address on 2nd. When we could not reach anyone by phone, we made additional attempt to locate available parking at garage. By the time we made a third round the drive gave us a flyer with the new address. I made the reservation about 4 or 5 days prior to our arrival. THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.

    The “lot” we booked and the field we had to park in were two different places. We never saw a shuttle and had to Uber to the cruise ship. It started to rain when we returned and I feared our car would get stuck in the sandy field. Not good at all.

    VERY disappointed in there service. When we booked this parking company for a cruise we were going on, I was given the address to a PARKING GARAGE. When we called for the transportation ride to the cruise terminal, they changed our location to a fenced in FIELD next to a cement company. Our vehicle was absolutely filthy with cement dust when we returned. I would not recommend using this company. I will NOT be using this company again......

    I love the fact that there is 24/7 security and survelliance at this parking lot. It always makes me a little nervous leaving my car in a public parking lot for more than a few hours, but when I park with Port of Miami Cruise Parking, I am never worried at all. There are tons of staff and if anything were to go wrong, it would be caught on one of the many cameras. I trust you!

    Everything went very well when I parked with Port of Miami Cruise Parking. There were a lot of people here at the same time as I, getting on the same cruise I assume, and I had to wait for another shuttle bus. I'm sure it happens quite a bit, but it was just annoying having to stand in that heat and wait. Thank goodness the shuttle had air conditioning. It felt so good once we finally got on!

    first driver as a A>HOLE it took is over an hour to find the parking garage as there is not a number on the building.We called the shutle service 3 time and then they turned of there phone,driver finally arriverand had 8 people in van,I had to wait foe another van.Getting back the same JERKcame to pick us up.again he had 8 people in the van and could not take us and3other people,he siad another van would be back in about 15 minutes.We had to set out in the parking lot for 1hr.and 45 min. before we were picked up.We called the shuttle service 4 time the other couple 3 time,finally the service turn off there phone.I called your office to see if you could help, 3hr. later you return my call by then I was in my car and driving and could no answer,This is the worst service or LACK OF SERVICE we have ever had.

    Horrible experience. Only good part was where we were initially told to park. When driver came he got mad and said we were in the wrong place and he needed to send us to a new address. Then when we got back, even worse. We called 5 times and went to voicemail. Finally when we did reach him, told us to call in 30 minutes cause he’d come in over 45. We called again and when he arrived 45 minutes later, he didn’t go by who called first, basically who saw him first, even though he parked in a spot different from where he said he would be. We ended up having to take an uber but i was sooo angry for wasting my money on your company. Additionally, i called and left voicemail and no one ever called me back.

    We waited over 45 minutes and you did not have enough vans to take all waiting back to garage from cruise pier. Driver fillled one and then 1/2 hr later came back and said more vans coming, no other van showed up!!! Unacceptable and I had to get a taxi for $25 to get back. We called 3 Times and driver told us he would be back in 10 minutes!! You need to either get more vans or stop overbooking !!’ Ugh after a great cruise, really ruined our day!!

    On arrival, we were re-directed from a covered, secure appearing lot to a deep sand construction that luggage could not be rolled, but had to be carried. This was not one mile but several miles away from the cruise terminal. A van arrived and took us to the terminal without undue delay. On return however, when we called for the lift we were told to go to a different terminal pickup point with a 45 minute wait, no van, subsequent calls went unanswered and after more than an hour in the blazing sun we took a $20 cab ride back to the lot, car was cover with thick dried mud from the construction. On the paper we were to place on the dash that they offered only a parking spot, no security - car was OK however. . Bypass this one

    Wow so much to say,we’re 1st timers,when we got there no signs,so not sure if we were in the right place,no place to park ! Was finally told to leave the car in a lot double parked and give the keys to a stranger.It was total disorganization there.We were then shoehorned into a van and dropped off at the Pier...After the cruise the van never showed up,our calls went to voicemail,had to pay 20 bucks for a cab...never again,the only bright spot was there was a pretty young lady at the garage that knew what she was doing....

    this is my second reservation for the same day.....same review I always used this parking when they were on 7th st.and was never any problem. When I had to used them again two weeks ago they are now on 45th st due to some building construction on the old site. Let me start saying for some reason my GPS couldn't get me there because the actual address that prints on the parking tickets is different. I had another reservation for someone else and they went the day before to find the place, so they kind of guided me there. So I get there and parked the car, fine!! so when it came to the shuttle part, supposedly across the street, nobody to be found. Thank God I had the phone number for KSA which it was the supposed shuttle company, when I called them they said they were not in contract with this company(the parking lot) anymore for lack of payment. well I had the phone number for the owner of the parking where I had the reservation , keep in mind my shuttle was already paid, he answered and gave the phone number for this other guy that was the new company he was starting the contract and come to find out that was the first day their contract was starting. I spoke to the guy and he was very nice over the phone and informed me that he was in fort lauderdale , that is at least a 30-45 min drive to where i was , I told him that I did not have the time to wait that my friends and I were taking a taxi , which we did and did not get any refund for it, if not, we would have not gotten on time for the cruise. The shuttle guy called me back and apologized and ask when was I coming back and the info so he could make it up to us and pick us up when we come back, even though it was not his fault since he was just starting contract that same day that I called him and he didn't know anything about our reservation . In conclusion I would definitely will not make another reservation at this parking place again it was really a hassle
