Original address provided was 15541 Brookpark Road Condos, not Two Birds as listed on this message. The address provided was unmanned, no shuttle & no answer to multiple phone calls. We were scrambling at 4:30 AM making other arrangements to catch our flight. Several attempts have been made to resolve by telephone & unable to speak with a representative. When attempting to resolve electronically, The website directed me to the unresponsive phone number. There appears to be no way of receiving refunds for services unfulfilled.
