  Parking at Park N Fly was SO simple. Checking in didn't require any effort on my part so I was in and out of the lot fairly quickly. The security seems as tight as the more expensive lots, with its 24 hr video surveillance, coupled with security guards.

  Everything was so easy! I just needed to show them my Instapark pass, drop off the car, and then drive it out on my return. The shuttle service did all of the in-between travelling work and unloading and loading of bags, and I was even given a cold bottled water when I left. Leaving and entering the lot was easy, even at night time, as the area is well-lit and markings are clearly visible. As a new driver, I was glad for these factors, as driving through such a packed lot without them would have surely put me in a panic.

  At $11 per day, the rates are reasonably priced compared to other parking lots in the ONT area. I do still prefer, however, to have someone drive me to and from the airport so I can save that extra cash. But when that's not a possibility, I will definitely be parking at Park and Fly. Security seems to be prioritized by them, but they also focus on perks like speedy shuttle service and a car wash.

  Timing is everything when you travel, so I was concerned that stopping before the airport to park the car would be an inconvenience to my usual travel schedule. Boy was I wrong! I felt like I was in and out of Park 'N Fly in 10 minutes. The whole process is so simple and quick and very little is expected of the customer. I do suggest that they repaint the outlines of each parking so it's a bit clearer.

  I am always at ease with leaving my car at Park 'N Fly ONT. Their facility is nicely lit with video cameras and 24/7 manned security. The staffs all seems well managed so I know that my car is being left in good, trained hands. I appreciated the help with my luggage and also being given some bottled water before I left the lot. It's nice to find a company that wants to provide customers with the best possible service.

  I pulled into the lot at 3am and a shuttle drove behind me to my spot. The driver put my luggage in the shuttle so I had time for a quick restroom break. I was at ONT within minutes! When I got back to Ontario, I just had to call the number given to me and was told that a shuttle would pick me up in 5 minutes, which they did! I was again helped with my luggage and then dropped off by my car. Their entire service is very considerate of the customer and convenient.

  Everything the website promised was delivered. Although the Ontario Park n Fly gets very busy, the parking’s are placed in a way that allows for easy access to and from the parking space. It's nice that their priority is to provide decent sized parking spaces instead of getting extra money from tighter spaces.

  The check-in and check-out is speedy and worry free. The lot is also pretty secure with video surveillance everywhere. Very pleased! Their shuttle service is another awesome bonus. I was assisted with my luggage and driven to and from the airport in less than 10 minutes. The entire process was quick without any fuss or time lost unnecessarily.

  The lot is clean and in awesome condition. I didn't worry about the safety of my car because I knew I had left it with a reliable company. The staff members are all super nice and empathetic. I was in such a foul mood when I arrived at the lot, but the lady who drove the shuttle I was on was so calm and friendly that I felt much better. Wish I could remember her name!

  This safe parking lot. I saw a number of cameras watching over the place, and the lights are very bright so the security guards can easily notice anything suspicious. The wait time at the airport can be up to 15 minutes depending on the time of arrival, but I don't mind it so much because I'm saving lots of money parking off-site.

  The staff of Park N Fly ONT is all considerate and well-trained. They also have more than one shuttle so there's always been one available on arrival, and my wait for one on return is no longer than 10 minutes. This makes parking outside the airport less inconvenient than one would think it is. Cheaper too!

  I have been a customer of this Park and Fly for a few years now, and not once have I been disappointed in their service. Over the years I have gotten to know the staff and find them to all be efficient and trustworthy. The drivers will handle your luggage if you want, and they drive very well and adhere to all road rules.

  I was surprised to find the driver waiting for me when I stepped out my car. I was helped with my luggage and then driven to the terminal in only a few minutes. When I got back home, I was picked up at the curbside of the terminal and taken straight to my car.

  Although this Park N Fly can get very busy, there are always plenty of parking spaces available. The spaces are also appropriately-sized so parking and reversing is not difficult and I don't have to worry about other customers scratching my car when they open their doors. There also seems to be a good rotation of security guards so I trust that they are not tired, but alert, while on duty. I like this in a parking facility.

  The shuttle service at Park 'N Fly ONT branch is superb! My flight arrived in the early hours of the morning so I worried that it would be a long wait for a shuttle to pick me up. But, in less than 20 minutes I was jumping into my car to go home. I love how fast and efficient their service is! There is no time wasted at all.

  I found that using Park and Fly ONT is convenient, despite having to make the extra stop before the airport. The distance between the lot and the airport is very short and the drivers assist with loading and unloading luggage. What's more is that the service is more affordable than parking on airport grounds.

  I usually have someone drive me to and from the airport because I find parking lot rates to be unnecessarily high for such a simple service. I couldn't find anyone to drive me this time so I thought I'd give them a try for a 5 day trip of mine. I had no trouble checking in and out. I also felt more at ease knowing my car was under 24 hour video surveillance instead of just locked in my garage with only nosy neighbours as security.

  The last parking lot service I used would tightly pack the cars; so much so that I returned from my trip to find my door had been scratched by a customer opening their door. I'm happy that PNF care more about providing good quality service than squeezing out extra money by squashing cars into their lot.

  Park and Fly is incredibly close to ONT so the shuttle ride there and back was about 5 minutes. The park and Fly buses are very clean, despite being full of customers throughout the day, so I thought I'd give their carwash a go. My car looked and smelled brand new on my return, despite it being exposed to some stormy weather while I was away.

  The shuttles were quick to drive me to the airport but slow to take me back to the lot on my return. This might be because they don't have enough drivers on duty during the early hours of the morning. I hope they find a solution because I don't feel comfortable waiting at such hours.

  As soon as we entered the Park n Fly ONT lot, we were directed to where we needed to park, and a shuttle was waiting right behind our car when we were done. The ride to the terminal from there took about 6 minutes because we had to drive through the lot to pick up another customer. Upon returning, a park n fly shuttle was waiting outside the terminal to pick us up. We were dropped right by our car so there was no walking or getting lost necessary.

  The shuttle followed us to our parking space and the driver unloaded our luggage. This gave us time to take a restroom break and make sure we had all our documents and tickets in order. Driver was courteous and drove everyone to the terminal of their choice. On our return, we again had a very helpful and friendly driver who drove us straight to our car. Everything was in the same condition we had left it in.

  It's almost unbelievable how cost-effective it is to park at Park 'n Fly, in comparison with other parking lots in the ONT area. Considering its close proximity to the airport, I expected Park 'n Fly rates to be similar to that of airport parking, but it was surprisingly much less for just as efficient service.

  I was looking for an ONT parking alternative due to my tight budget, when a friend recommended Park 'N Fly to me. Stopping before the airport had always seemed slightly inconvenient for me, but I had no choice but to give it a try. I am so glad I did! The PNF lot is only a 5 minute drive from ONT airport and the drivers help with the packing and unpacking of luggage. There was no inconvenience at all :D

  I was quite tired after my flight, so it was a relief to be picked up so quickly by their shuttle. They are also very heavy on security. There seems to always be video surveillance and a guard on duty. The lighting of the area is also very bright. I assume this makes it almost impossible for any suspicious behaviour to go unnoticed by the guards and cameras. The lights are also a major help when driving through the lot at night.

  After 16 hours of flying, I was in no mood to deal with paperwork or anything for that matter - I simply wanted to get to my own bed ASAP. Luckily, I had parked with Park N Fly. There were 2 shuttles of theirs waiting at the curb, and I was driven to the lot in 5 minutes max. There were bags to load, thanks to the driver, and no forms to fill out. I was on my way home in a matter of minutes.

The rates here are competitive with other lots in the area. The lot is also in decent condition, with plenty of room to comfortably park.

  Park N Fly provides the same high-tech security as the airport, but for a significantly less cost. Since the exorbitant airport parking prices forced me to leave it my car at home, I spent most of my trip worrying its safety. But after seeing all their video surveillance and how well-trained their staff is, I felt good about leaving my car at Park N Fly.

  Park 'N Fly ONT are a thoughtful and convenient facility. They offer a shuttle service that provides door-to-door service - We were literally picked up at our parking space and taken to our airport terminal on our arrival. The return was the same. The lot is also brightly lit so I had no trouble driving through it when we were leaving. Absolutely recommend!

  Both the drop off and pick up were super quick. We were dropped off directly outside the terminal we would be checking in from. On our return we simply showed the card with our spot number on it to the driver and then we were on our way. The whole process was stress-free, which was ideal after a 12 hour flight.

  The entire process was a breeze. We simply showed the attendant our pass and drove straight to our assigned parking space. A shuttle driver followed behind, assisted without luggage, asked us which terminal we wanted to be dropped at, and then we were well on our way. Park 'n Fly Ontario was the closest lot to ONT that we found online, and the short ride proved our research correct.

  I first used Park N Fly in 2015. After being dropped off at the airport by the shuttle, I realized that I had left my asthma pump in my car. I ran outside and saw another Park N Fly driver (Gary) unloading luggage. I ran to him and asked him if he could give me a lift back to fetch my pump. He quickly finished with the luggage and then drove me straight to my car and then directly back to the airport terminal. There was no extra charge! I've been a loyal customer ever since.
