  Very clean, neat, and secure parking lot. The management definitely seems to know how to run the place, and the rest of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. It was recommended to me by multiple people and then I finally decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed.

  I used the online reservation system and it saved me money and time. I've heard there are many ways to get discounts online. Once I got there, it was easy to park my car and head over to the airport where I was on time for my flight. I'd definitely use this parking company again.

  This place is one of the best parking options around the Midway International Airport. The airport is so close and easy to get to if you use the shuttles, which are constantly running and arrive within minutes of you arriving.

  The Midway Park Ride and Fly is very well lit, which increases its security by great levels. There are cameras installed, with plenty of guards within the facility so as to avoid any incidents of car theft. I never hesitate to leave my car parked here for days.

  This parking has some great features that are scarce elsewhere. When you arrive at night the parking is well lit and there are surveillance cameras elsewhere. I always feel safe leaving my car here. They also offer car wash and car detailing. I love parking here.

  Because I park here a lot, I have benefited from the frequent parker program and gotten a couple of days free. There pricing is still reasonable and the service they offer is fantastic. After some time, the staff greet you by name and it feels so special.

  I like to pay ahead of time before returning, using the online reservation because it saves time. The shuttles are easy to find during the day but at night, they can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, which isn't too bad but just a little longer than I wanted to wait.

  It took me a while to find this place, as I tried a few other places in the area, but this parking lot is definitely going to become my new go-to spot. The people are nice, they have some good services, and the shuttles are fast. The only thing was that I found it to be a bit pricey, but I'll pay it for the quality.

  Absolutely in love with the fantastic customer support. Whenever I’m at the Midway Park Ride and Fly, I tend to forget my belongings at the cashier window lol. The guys are really nice, as they keep my belongings safe for me for the time until I return. They are very cooperative.

  It was a great feeling to see the security guards that keep an eye on the cars. I arrived pretty early in the morning so it was still dark, but the parking lot was very well-lit so I could tell it was a safe place to leave my car. I didn't have to worry about it all.

  I love this place. This was our first flight ever, and so we parked our car at the Midway Park Ride & Fly. However, my wife forgetfully left some valuables at the parking lot. We called them and the staff kept it safe for us until we returned back after 2 days.

  I booked online and took my receipt to the entrance window where the cashier scanned it. It took me no time to find the perfect parking spot. I kept my car parked here for 2 days and the total bill was a little over $20 if I remember right which is very reasonable for people with an average income.

  The last time I parked here, my car’s battery died for some reason. The people from the staff, especially Danny (if I remember the name right) was very helpful. He helped me in getting my car started again upon departure. I cannot thank these people enough.

  My five star rating is because of how well they took care of my dog who is usually very fussy. They have a pet paradise resort where you can leave your pet overnight. Other than that, the customer experience is great and the ambience is great.

  This place did not live up to my expectations, unfortunately. It took long to get a shuttle and when it finally came, it was not as great as some people hype it up to be. My experience was lackluster, it passes for an average parking lot.

  I really liked that I chose this parking area for my last trip. The parking was easy and the attendants were very nice. Everyone was very eager to help me with my luggage. The shuttle was quick to pick me up and the ride to the airport was short. The bus brought me straight to my gate, which was wonderful. If I travel through the Chicago airport again, I will definitely return to this parking lot.

  I frequently fly in and out of the Chicago airport, so I use this place somewhat regularly. The bus drivers are very kind and polite. I think one of the driver's names is Shannon. She helped with my luggage and drove very comfortably. The ride was very short and I was dropped off right at my terminal. When I happen to travel again, I will use this parking area.

  I pulled into the Midway Park Ride and Fly from the W 47th Street on November 4 around 2 AM. I had a flight at 4:30 AM. At first I was worried that I might not find a ride to the airport at that hour but the staff ensured me that everything would be fine. I found a shuttle within 5 minutes and made awesome time at the airport. This is definitely a great place to park.

  The rates at this place are wonderful. I have been parking my car here for about a year on a regular basis. I work at Vittum Park which is real close. I walk for just a few minutes to reach the park. The staff are always friendly. I had some car issues one day and they helped me get it started so I could get it to the mechanic.

  I decided to use this place after reading some reviews online. I had my flight scheduled at about 5:00 PM on Saturday. I reached the Midway Park Ride & Fly lot at around 3:30 PM and the shuttle took us to the airport within 10 minutes. Quick service.

  Wow! What a location. There are a few good small restaurants around Midway Park Ride & Fly so you can have lunch after parking your car, just before you are supposed to reach the airport. The airport itself is very close, which makes the shuttle rides so quick and easy. Great for frequent travelers like me. :)

  This parking area is so close to the airport, so it made for a very quick parking experience and shuttle ride. Both the staff at the parking lot and the shuttle driver helped with my luggage.   The driver helped me in unloading all my luggage from the car and it took only a couple of minutes to get to the shuttle after I parked my car at this parking lot. The shuttle took us to the airport within 10 minutes. The driver’s name was Arnold, and he was amazing.

  The shuttle took 15 minutes to arrive to the parking lot, but by the time I got out of the airport there was a shuttle already waiting for me. The overall experience was still not bad. The parking process of the parking lot itself is very quick.

  This place is a rip off. The shuttle was late and the bus driver scratched my car as he was lifting my luggage from the trunk. When I asked them to compensate me they failed to do so. I don't think I will be back there any time soon.

  Fantastic customer service. The shuttle ride from the Midway Park Ride & Fly to the Chicago Midway International Airport takes less than 10 minutes, and usually arrives within 5 minutes as they are operating nearby. Sometimes, if you are lucky, you might even find it waiting for you at the lot.

  I would give this place 5 stars but I think that the prices have increased a little as compared to last year. Apart from that, the parking area is great and the service is good just as usual. I've taken advantage of some of their add on services a couple of times and they were great.

  When I arrived here on Sunday morning, it was raining, so I opted for the covered parking to make sure the weather didn't affect the condition of my car. I was afraid that I might find it difficult to get to the airport but there was a shuttle already waiting for me. As soon as I parked, I got in and left for the airport.   This parking lot is so close to the airport which makes it very convenient. It's also built to be very secure. I left car in the covered parking while I was on vacation and my car was in just the same condition when I picked it up. The employees were all really friendly and the process was very quick.   Too easy to move in and out of the parking lot. There is plenty of space available for cars hence, the chances of car damage are close to zero. Also, the shuttles are also probably the fastest airport shuttles that I have used. Can’t stress more on how well this place is managed.

  I've parked here many times before and the experience has always been pleasant. It is a hassle free transition when you use the valet parking. I have used the dry cleaning service once and it was fantastic. This is the best parking area if you are using Chicago Midway Airport.

  This is one of the best parking areas in the neighborhood. The shuttles are usually prompt, picking you up within 5 minutes. However, there is a way to call or text to have one come to you if you find your wait to be a little longer which I thought was very courteous of the company. The staff are always friendly and the bus drivers are very enthusiastic and kind.

  This place was great. I had barely any waiting time before a shuttle brought me to the airport. The bus was very clean, along with the parking lot, and the staff and driver were all very kind. It was a very quick ride to the airport, where I was dropped off right at the terminal door so boarding was much easier than I had anticipated. I would definitely park here again.

  I love it that this parking offers 24 hour service. The valet parking saves you a lot of time especially when you are in a rush. It takes me less than ten minutes to get to the airport terminal because the shuttle service is efficient. Most times there is a shuttle waiting for you.

  10 stars is what I want to give this parking. They have extremely fantastic add ons like pet care which is not available elsewhere. I left them with my cat and they took very good care of her. When I picked her you could tell that she had not suffered.

  I travel a lot and the valet parking works well for me. The moment you check in there is someone to welcome you and and take over your parking. It is the real VIP feel and it reduces the hassle of the exchange from your car to the airport. When I am travelling with my kids I find this experience very comfortable.

  Compared to other places in the area, including hotel parking, this place has much better pricing. The service is great too. Before I checked out of my hotel to drive home, I had them wash my car, which was great. The people who work here are very nice and they do great at their jobs.
