  Chicago has never had a long term parking lot like this. It's so safe!! There are security guards and cameras everywhere to make sure that our cars stay safe and sound :) I will definitely be returning on my next flight!

  Whenever I start thinking about ussing an airport parking lot, I stop myself. They are too expensive and too busy, but I think I've found a long term lot that has put to sleep all of the bad thoughts I've ever had about airport parking. You guys are quite wonderful!!!   Throw away anything you've ever heard about airport parking lots… They seem to get quite a terrible repore but this one is very… VERY good.   Okay, so this instapark location is at the Days Inn hotel. It isn't the actual hotel parking, but it's on it's own which is kind of nice. The only thing is that I usually go away in the winter and it's an outdoor parking lot… which can mean SNOW!! Dun dun dun. I would hate for my car to not be able to start while having it outdoors.

  Parking situation was okay, the staff were unbelievably nice tho. I joked about hoping my car wouldn’t be broken into and they said there were even cameras on site. This place had it covered. I got back and the same gate attendant was working and even joked he kept a special eye out for my car. Very nice people that work here.

  My bags were really heavy since I was bringing some gifts on my trip to see family. Kinda felt bad for the young guy who came over to help me with them but he was very happy to help (without me even asking). The shuttle driver hopped out at the airport and did the same for me there, which was nice. It was a pleasant surprise to see individuals so eager to make the customers day a little easier.   YIPEEYY! A parking lot that actually cares about the vehicles and their customers! I’ve heard too many horror stories about park n fly businesses being rushed and rude to customers, filing them in like profits instead of valued customers. I’ve also had friends in the past say they were blocked in by other cars and couldn’t move their car for days! What a nightmare. Instead, this parking lot was very well organized and after expressing concern for being blocked in the workers there assured me my car would be safe and I’d be free to go upon returning without complications. Very happy with how thorough their service was, from directing me to my spot to making sure I got on the shuttle okay. 10/10 for this business.

  Had a loooong day travelling so it was nice to get back to my vehicle all safe and sound. I was on my way home very quickly and got out of the parking lot with ease although it was fairly busy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I must say, it was memorable customer service for a parking lot.

  Some other park n fly was full that I was planning on using and had no sympathy for me, but thankfully this place was nearby and accommodated me right away. When I explained the situation to them that I was in a bit of a rush they hurried me to the closest spot and said how often they deal with similar issues. Well-mannered, timely, and convenient with the hotel right next to them, I’ll probably use Days Inn Elk Grove Village when I travel next month for work again.

  Me and my friends planned a small trip and this parking service was recommended to us through family. It was 8.50 a day and we only parked one car, so it was very affordable between 4 of us. It wasn’t very busy so the shuttle waited right infant of our parking spot for us. The attendants were happy to help us and have us on our way. At the airport now and not worried at all about the car because of how well it is lit up and the fact that they have security cameras there.

  The day I came to Days Inn Elk Grove Village it was terrible weather. Rain and even some hail. I felt bad for the poor attendants enduring the weather but not even the wetness could zap their pep. They were working outdoors without any issue and made sure to quickly get me and my bags into the dry shuttle that came right up to my car. Hopefully they are paid well because their service was much appreciated given the awful weather.

The shuttle was great and they even offered me a bottle of water when I mentioned being so thirsty. I’ll be using them again for my travels departing from O’Hare.

  Had a helluva time with traffic getting to this parking lot, but once I got here they got me on my way to the airport in a flash.   So my brothers and sister and I planned an extended family vacation, so 4 full, young families used the Days Inn parking service for the airport. We stayed at the hotel the night before and had a smooth departure the next morning with the awesome shuttle service (mind you it took multiple trips for all of us but it was swift). Getting back was as smooth as possible and we all decided to crash one more night at the hotel before heading home. Overall a very convenient travelling process and the staff were very kind to all our small ones. Great customer service for making the kids feel good while being professional for us adults.

  Welp, our trip was a bit of a dud with bad weather. I wrote a poor review for the resort we stayed at in Mexico and I felt like a bit of a scrooge. So I wanted to make sure I wrote about this pleasant experience we had at the Days Inn Elk Grove Village. The staff were warmer than the weather we had on or trip (probably) and the kids found the shuttle very amusing. The driver was great and on our way back it was the same driver and he remembered the kids. You can tell the people working here care. Luggage was taken care of and the staff felt very family-friendly. Cheers to Days Inn parking lot staff.

  Sweet little shuttle service that comes with the parking lot. It was a quick ride to and from the airport. The people working here were very professional yet friendly.   Was having a stressful travel day until I came back from my business trip to the Days Inn Elf Grove Village. I was planning on making the commute home but felt the need to just relax for the night. Conveniently, I stayed at the Days Inn just across from the airport parking lot. I needed a quiet night to unwind and was thankful for the setup of this park n’ fly lot.   Thank goodness there are surveillance cameras here… Honestly, there have been so many times when my car has been broken into and there has been no evidence on who could have done it. There is also security which makes me feel a lot better as well.

  This lot is pretty close to O'Hare Airport so it's not a drag to take the shuttle. The parking lot is small so book early, you've got free cancellations so that gives you piece of mind. There is a cozy hotel right by the lot for you to stay at if you're coming from far out of town. The staff at the hotel were helpful and the driver of the shuttle was cool.

  Was a decent lot for $8.50 a day, easy to book and they have free cancellations. The lot is open 24/7 but the shuttle service runs on the hour starting at 4am until midnight. The shuttle driver was safe and made all of us feel safe while we were on the road. He was pretty funny too!

  My wife and I travel around in an RV and after doing some research we realized that the Days Inn Elk Grove Village lot had a spot for bigger vehicles like ours, so now we could park our RV and fly. FYI make sure you call ahead to book a spot for a larger vehicle. The shuttle bus came right to the hotel which was great. Not too far from O'Hare's.

  There is a Days Inn right where the parking lot is which worked for me and my family because we were coming from a few hours away. We stayed the night at the hotel then took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. It was easy to book the spot, I would book fast cause they don't have a lot of spots. Only $8.50 a day to park.

  It's kind of a small lot with less than 20 spots in total but they have parking for $8.50 a day which is a good rate and they actually have room for bigger vehicles like buses, RV's and trucks. Friendly staff and it's close to the airport so you don't have to spend too much time in the shuttle.

  O'Hare Airport isn't far from this lot and is convenient because of the shuttle. When I arrived back in Chicago, I called the number for a shuttle and it took me back to the lot where my car was waiting. Good rates, only $8.50 per day. I'll use this parking lot again.

  Super easy to book and their lot is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Their shuttle bus runs from 4am until midnight and the driver was kind enough to help me with my bags. If you need to stay the night there is a hotel right there.

  For once, there were no hidden fees or loops to jump through with this park n fly business. Right beside the Days Inn, it was all operated by the same people it seemed. I had a lot of luggage with myself and my family and the employees at the Days Inn Elk Grove Village didn’t even flinch. They directed us to an open spot and as they unloaded the last of our bags the shuttle arrived. Smooth and simple, we were very satisfied with the customer service.

  O'hare International Airport feels like it could be one of the busiest in the U.S… There are always so many people going through that whenever I'm there I feel like I'm about to have a break down… I really like this parking lot because whenever I've been there it has been quite quiet. My girlfriend and I call it the calm before the storm. Definitely a hidden gem in the airport parking world! :)

  In a haste we hoped there would be enough space for us to park here. Regretting not planning something earlier we were a bit nervous until we arrived to deal with a very nice man at the gate who settled all our needs immediately. We were given quick instructions and then helped at our spot with our bags by another young worker. The shuttle was quick, and on the way back was even faster due to it not being so busy. Really organized parking lot here.

  Honestly was not expecting much with the rate given, just hoping for a safe spot to leave my vehicle. I ended up having a really nice experience that exceeded my expectations as far as the quality of service and the quickness of the shuttle to and from the airport.   Outdoor parking has its ups and downs. A huge plus is having enough space for my truck. I hardly fit anywhere, let alone a small dinky indoor parking lot! Parking indoors is nice especially in the winter because you don’t have to worry about digging your car out of a snow pile... I like this lot but I wish there were both options. A BIG indoor option may I add.

  This airport parking lot is so quiet… O'Hare is complete maddness at some points, so I was surprised to get a parking spot so close to the shuttle bus stop. The shuttle left promptly. I was so excited that everything was going so well… It's funny because at most parking lots, there are lines and again, complete maddness!

The boy's mother went over to the parking lot and you were very nice about letting her know what was happening (nothing at all), but it was nice to know that if I was worried or nervous you would take the time to check out the status of my car.

  Stayed at the hotel the night before my flight. It was clean and convenient to be able to park right there as well! Great set-up! Close to the airport! And most importantly the rate is super cheap! 8.50 daily is unheard of in this area. Really good value and feeling good about leaving my car near a high traffic area like a hotel where it’s not so “out there” and an easy target for burglary.

  I've parked with Days Inn once and it was a pretty good experience. Everyone was nice and made us feel welcomed. Chicago gets quite busy (especially near the airport), but there was a lot of room when we got here. Thank god. When we got back, it was a different story. there were a ton of cars and we could hardly remember where we parked because the lot looked so much different with actual vehicles in it. We found it after a few minutes and we got rolling!I'll definitely be back.

  love the fact that I don’t have to take a taxi from the days inn airport parking lot… trust me, this can be a nightmare especially if the parking lot is full. There are cars everywhere!! Taxis, people trying to get in and out… just a mess. When you take away all of the taxis and add one shuttle, you get a great lot. Thank you for having shuttle service.

  When we got to the parking lot, we realized that our vehicle was almost too big for the parking spot. Instead of telling us that we had to leave, they actually gave us two spots for the price of one… I think this was a one time thing since we were in a rush, so don't go in expecting the same thing, but it was just nice to see that they cared about our being on time.

  The best thing about this parking lot is that it is secure. There are so many problems with airport parking lots that anyone can hop the fence and just break into the cars. The fact that this place is 24/h makes it a lot better. There are always people around, and there are also surveillance cameras to make sure that everything is running smoothly and no ones cars are getting broken into.

  VERY pleased with the service I received at Days Inn. I actually stayed with the hotel for a few days before heading off on my trip, just to unwind before sitting on a plane for 12 hours.   my day couldn’t have been any more rocky than it was getting into O'hare after my trip. My whole family and I were sick on the trip and had just had enough of being away. Thankfully the shuttle was there to pick us up when we needed it. It was so nice to have such a short ride to the lot and then sleep off our terrible trip (at the days inn). We booked our hotel room when we got there, because there was no way that we were driving two hours home. It honestly felt as if this place had saved our lives hahah which is quite dramatic but still.

  parking with the airport is never my favorite thing to do… It's crowded, loud and full of people who think that they have the right of way over everyone else. Just a huge mess. I was very pleased when I noticed that Days Inn was a lot quieter than other parking lots I've been to! Kept me sane for a little while longer before actually getting to O'hare... Oh man can it get crazy in that airport.

  I'm totally coming back to this O'hare overnight parking location. It was a real help to me and my family parking here since we had no clue really of what we were doing. We had never done something like this before. I'm happy we did because I honestly think that we saved money rather than taking a cab all of the way from where we live.

  I completely enjoy outdoor parking when it isn't snowing. This is an outdoor parking lot so make sure when you are parking here it is in the spring/summer/fall to make sure that your car doesn’t freeze solid.

  I totally forgot to take a valuable piece of jewlery out of my car before parking at Days Inn… I thought about not telling the staff just in case someone wanted to take it… and I def wasn’t taking It on my trip with me!!!! Once I arrived I felt so comfortable with the staff and they let me know that they would take extra care with my car. :) thank u

  Video surveillance was a big selling factor here for me. I’ve had my vehicle broken into several times over the years (probably by bad luck) but regardless, I was keen on finding a park n fly service where I had peace of mind. The staff were very reassuring of the safety of my car and like I said, the video surveillance gave me even more security. No problems when I got back so definitely would recommend this lot service.

Everyone seemed eager to do a good job and it was very eye opening. I don’t think I'll be parking anywhere else for a while.. just make sure to keep these wonderful staff members.

  The one attendant reminded me of my nephew. Very helpful and kind. This lot, while very packed, had a calming environment and the staff undoubtedly had a great attitude toward their service. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a big help too. For 8.50 a day I was very happy with my experience here.

  If anyone knows of a better place than this for park n fly service at O’Hare, please stand up!! A friend recommended this place and I am definitely passing along the recommendation to anyone travelling in the near future. Very busy when I went but the staff handled many customers at once with great efficiency. The shuttle was busy too but the process was surprisingly smooth. This lot knows how it’s done.   Used the Days Inn parking lot when I travelled for business a few days ago and it was very affordable. Staff were very kind and professional. I am going away with my family in a few weeks and already plan on using the same parking service again. We may even stay in the hotel attached to the parking lot the night before as we fly early. A very convenient spot for families and business people.

  Holy Smokes, I was honestly blown away by how nice the attendants were. It didn’t even feel real but hey, I’ll take great service for 8.50 a day, any day. Ha-ha. I got there running tight for a flight and not only did they run with me to my spot to help with bags but one younger gentleman even flagged down the shuttle driver who was about to leave. These people care and were very helpful! Keep up the good work and give these guys business!

  We used Days Inn Elk Grove Village parking and let me tell you, the folks there know how to treat a customer. It was snowy and cold but nonetheless the two gentlemen were warm and welcoming. Helped with my family’s bags on our way out as well as our way back. For 8.50 and the friendliness they shared, this parking service is hard to beat!

  Complimentary shuttle was excellent! Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Blessed to have such nice people to trust with our family’s only vehicle. We were happy that they had video surveillance too. When we got back the shuttle driver was interested in our trip and the parking lot staff were very eager to help us even tho it was late at night.

  5 Stars. Great service and very happy people working there. I was with my elderly folks and called ahead to have a spot close to the gate of the lot so that there would be minimal hassle. We arrived to see a spot reserved with a pylon just for us. It felt quite intimate that they accommodated us with that kind of special care. The workers there happily took our luggage from the vehicle to the shuttle. Much appreciated! Shuttle was spacious and smelt very good. Here’s to a safe trip.

  Forgot my plane tickets in the car - and only realized it when getting off the shuttle at the airport! >:( The shuttle driver was so concerned he drove me straight back to my car and right back to the airport. Thankfully there was nobody to pick up at either end, but I am grateful for the care this staff showed for my mishap.

Great rate and the staff were ultra-helpful in telling us the timing of the shuttle and even helping my son onto the shuttle who has a mild but challenging physical disability. They didn’t even hesitate to help with our bags and wished us well on our trip to see family. When we got back it was the same smiles working at the lot and you could tell they took pride in the overall environment of the place.

  8.50$ a day is hard to beat in this area, and being so close to the airport my family and I used this service with the free shuttle. It was very stress-free and we didn’t lift a finger with the people working there being very eager to accommodate us and help with our bags. Video surveillance is a nice touch so we felt a little better about leaving our van there. Thank You Days Inn!!

  Shuttle was great here. Very close to the airport and the driver was friendly. The parking lot staff were awesome too with helping with my bags and directing me to where the shuttle was. Upon coming back the shuttle driver was interested in my trip so it was nice to chat with someone. Very pleasant experience at the Days Inn Elk Grove Village.

  Very handy when flying at O’Hare. The shuttle was a breeze there and back, and on our way back it was quite late. Thankfully, the Days Inn has both day and night access so it doesn’t matter what time you need the service at. Funny thing is, my spouse and I were so drained from our return flight that we decided to stay at the Days Inn hotel with our car safely outside. Very convenient to have a hotel right there!

  Had a great experience here, much more accommodating than most lots I have used in the past. I travel a lot for work so I know my lots. The attendants were very nice and went to great measures to make sure I was taken care of. They waved down the shuttle when it almost passed me, and even ran over to help me with my luggage.

  Amazing service at the Days Inn Elf Grove Village! Being so close to O’Hare airport and having a great rate of $8.50/day it was a no brainer. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very cared for. Knowing that the lot had video surveillance gave me more peace of mind than I thought… Great idea for us worriers out there.

  If you are from out of town and are flying from O'hare international, it is a good idea to actually stay at the hotel for a night and then fly out the next day. I was talking to a couple at the parking lot while we waited for the shuttle bus and they were saying that they had done that as well. Days Inn as well as their parking lot are both quite inexpensive. It's totally worth not having to wake up early to drive all the way here.

  The family and I drove to Chicago from out of town to catch a flight, and there is no free parking, but this is pretty close. I'm very impressed with the service we received. I love the fact that there is a shuttle that takes you to the airport. There are a lot of park n flies around but I find this one to be my favorite.

  I have been staying with Days Inn for a while now and had never long term parked with them until the other day. I stayed at the hotel for the night and flew out the next morning. It was so worth it!! It is very inexpensive. I also loved that since I stayed with the hotel I got my free coffee!! haha.
