During these unprecedented times in the world, Target Park provides a unique valet parking experience. To experience the fullness of the service, please arrive at Target Park 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. If you are taking an early morning flight out, note that TSA doesn’t allow passengers into the Gates until 4AM.
When you arrive at Target Park, attendants will, provide a full overview of the valet process, provide you with a text link for retrieving your vehicle upon your return, comfortably take you in your own car to your drop off Airline, assist you with your luggage, then securely park your car in our well-lit lot until you return.
Please choose the oversized vehicle parking product if you have a large 3 row SUV’s, F-150, 250, 350 Super Duty, Ram 1500Truck, AND Full-Sized Van.

Target Park knows that parking can be difficult and we strive to make it a stress-free experience for its customers. Target Park partners with landlords and businesses to provide safe, clean, well-lit parking lots that are easy to use and staffed friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Target Park provides a unique valet parking experience. In order to experience the fullness of the service please arrive at Target Park 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Most airlines advisee a 2-hour window for domestic and 3 hours for international flights. Print and be ready to present your reservation confirmation upon arrival.

When you arrive at Target Park, attendants will:

-Provide a full overview of the valet process, and provide you with a link for retrieving your vehicle upon your return,.

-Comfortably take you in your own car to the drop off point, assist you with your luggage, then securely park your car our well-lit lot.

-On the day of your return to PVD you will receive a reminder text message from Target Park's messaging system giving instructions for retrieving your vehicle.

-Once you return to the airport and have taken the skybridge to the end of the moving walkways, and have taken the elevator to the right of the First Hertz Counter, then click the link provided in your text message center and the attendant will come and drop your car off to you.

We arrived at our scheduled time and there was no one there and no one answering the phone. Apparently the employee left before his shift was over. Looking for a refund (and don't know if there is any compensation for the additional $$ we paid in an alternate location which was Lot E at the airport). Thank you.

Employees were great and friendly, however, when I got back they were not alerted that I was waiting even though I had a text saying 5-7 minute pick up time. I waited a half hour and walked back. Also, I went to give a 5 tip through the platform they sent me and it charged a 2.95 convenience fee. Really?

George was so nice and we had a great conversation in the short time together in my car. The setup was fine for me. I did not research how the price differed from a shuttle service. I'd just say for someone who is not very able-bodied, it's a long walk to get to where they pick you up.

First time experience for us; it was extraordinary. George, who was absolutely wonderful (you're fortunate to have him as your employee), cordially took us to the airport terminal for our departure flight. And a second equally wonderful guy, whose name unfortunately I did not get, came by and picked us up in a more than acceptable amount of time after we signaled our arrival. This is an extraordinary service you provide, which we will be using again. We live on Cape Cod but can't stand Boston and Logan. TF Green is now our go-to airport. Thank You very much.

Upon arrival the tap function for pickup needed an internet connection. I did not have one. I called number and it said not open. I also texted my arrival and no one responded. I called general number twice and both times disconnected. Finally, someone called me. Your ad stated shuttle service, if I knew i was to use my car as a the shuttle I would not have booked with you. The distance to the pickup area from the baggage area to long. The instructions said take the elevator at Hertz. The first Hertz was a check in counter with no elevator it should have said Hertz pick up area down the hall and out the door. I won't use you again. I should receive a refund!

Service could be improved with two or more staff at drop off and pick up. It is stressful to wait to get a ride to the airport because one person is in charge of all drop offs. Same with the return.

Easy check in, George drove us to the terminal and, following instructions for pick up, our car was delivered within 5 min running and cleaned of snow (after having 24" dropped on the area!). Will definitely use them again!

Called for my vehicle. Walked across the long bridge and went down stairs, my car was not there! However three large men blocking the stairs and smoking pot. As far as we could guess it was staffed by one. Sounded like a great idea but did not work for me! Thanks, Thom Foley

I requested my car around 11:40pm. I received a text at 11:48pm saying my car would be ready in 5-7 minutes. At that time I had already walked to the lot office and no one was around, the office was locked. I then waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes until 12:50 am for someone to show up so I could get my car. No one ever showed up, I called and left numerous phone messages. I was stranded and needed to get back to Massachusetts as I had to go to work in the morning. It took me another 20-30 minutes to find an Uber that was available to take me home. So I had to pay for an Uber then get a ride back in the morning to get my car and lost a day of work! This is the second time that things have not gone as planned while using this service.

This turned out to be a third party booking site. When I arrived at Target Parking, they could not find my reservation so the new employee said he’d “write one up” after he dropped us off at the airport. Fast forward to pickup day - my husband had to walk to the place (and it’s supposed to be a valet service) - there was NO reservation for me, so he couldn’t find my keys OR car. My husband had to physically search the lot for my car...this entire process took more than an hour and we just wanted to go home. There seems to be a disconnect with these third party booking sites & the business itself.

The staff could Not have been nicer or more hard working! Unfortunately, there just wasn’t enough of them. We waited 30 minutes before our flight and at Least 30 upon arrival home because there was just one staff doing it all. Worth using because the price Is so good BUT allow time cuz the wait is long!

Drop off was good! Pick-up was problematic! I waited 15 minutes, no one came! I started dragging my luggage to the office! When I almost got there I saw my car pulling out of the lot! At 10:30 at night that was frustrating!

Close to airport. A bit understaffed it seams. Only one person available at a time. Walked back to get my car. No big deal, but would not have been good if it was raining or snowing. Is no van shuttle due to covid, or is that normal procedure? Could lead to a long wait during busy times. Clerks were very nice and attentive.

The pricing is outstanding. They do operate with very few employees so there can be short delays to get dropped off and picked up. Now that I know they are located a block from the end of the sky bridge it takes 3 minutes to walk to the lot.

While I am glad that it’s close to the airport it was really stressful when no one was there to check me in or answering the phone number to call. I had a flight to catch and had to find my way to the airport which I managed but it was stressful. I also wasn’t sure if my truck would be there when I got back or if you would tow me since I didn’t get to check in. Better communication and better service would be appreciated

I could not find the parking lot, and when I called the only number provided on the reservation e-mail, it was "off hours" and got only a recorded message. My husband and I drove around trying to find the lot, but finally left, as we didn't want to miss our flight. My suggestion: provide a local number for the parking lot!!

The staff were courteous and polite. The pickup on the routine flight was helpful. One point: the signage should be changed. It is unsettling to be wandering around at midnight and be unsure you are in the right place to be picked up.

Instructions to pickup were a bit confusing, elevator sign said “Authorized use only”. Employees were very helpful. Only problem is with only one employee to shuttle you to airport, it can take awhile if a few people are arriving at same time. Definitely use again, good price,easy, just allow some extra time.
