  Convenient, close to the airport. Would recommend better signage as I pre-paid but the sign indicated I had to check in at the front desk and I was told it was not necessary.

  I've used other parking services where you have to meet up with the shuttle and it's easy to miss it but this one comes to you and that makes it a lot better in my opinion. Also it was on-demand service which meant that as soon as I called they had already sent the shuttle out for me. Since it was only 5 min from the airport I didn't wait for very long.

  My wife and I have used this lot three times now and every time we have a phenomenal experience. The price and the service keeps us coming back and we really appreciate the staff and how helpful they are to us. From the first time we used it and we mentioned that my wife used a cane, they were very accomodating and called the shuttle right to us. We were very impressed with it.

  I have no complaints except that the driver wasn't as friendly as he could've been. I understand that it was pretty early in the morning and we were all tired but still he couldn't tried a little harder.

  Very good. It really helped keep the costs of my trip down so that I wasn't going completely overboard. I also liked how I didn't have to pay extra for a cab since the shuttle was free and very comfortable as well. I even got 2 seats to myself since there was a lot of empty space.

  It's a very secure but non-covered lot. I wasn't worried about my car at all and it's great that they had video surveillance and also a security guard to make sure that the cars are safe.

  Brought both a hard copy of the reservation and also had it on my phone just in case. One wouldn't scan but they accepted it and the gate opened right up for me. I even had an easier time when I exited since I just scanned and then was able to drive out of the lot and head home.

  Best rates that I've seen especially since it's so close to the airport. I only paid $10.99 + taxes for parking. That's a lot cheaper than the other places in the area. Plus the lot is better condition and less rundown than those places too.

  I was pretty happy with my experience using this place. Everything was very professional and kept in good condition. The attendant answered our questions. They don't give much info online so I liked how they had someone around to help customers out and weren't just self-service only.

  Seriously this was so easy to use. A week before our trip, our ride fell through and we had to figure out the parking situation. I was happy that this place had some room and we booked it right away. When we actually go there it was on a Friday so the lot was busier. It took us 10 minutes to get in and scan our code since there was a line but it went by very fast. All that was left to do was to park and then grab our bags and put them on the shuttle. Simple

  Very reasonable price for parking especially airport parking. Finding good parking for around $10 a day is very hard so I was very happy when I found this place. I booked it right away and found it very easy to use especially with the code that they give you. You just scan and you're in.

  I really loved how you could book online and pay in advance. Made it a lot more convenient and easy. It was one less thing that I needed to worry about while we were gone and also something that I didn't have a problem with when I was done using their service. We just scanned our ticket to get in and out and that was it.

  It's very close and even part of the Crowne Plaza hotel which is perfect if you're coming from out of town. We used it ourselves and felt very safe and secure because of the extra security.

  It's a very good price especially when you're planning on using it for long term visits. It's got a great facility as well. Very big so you don't have to worry about their not being lots of spots for you when you get there either.

  I've used a few other parking places like this and this was one of the quickest experiences that I've had. Scanning takes no time at all and I didn't have to worry about paying at the end because I already paid online. For the most part, I felt like entering and exiting the lot was very efficient and the attendant was very polite when directing me where I had to go and letting me know the regulations that they've put in place for the protection.

  Pretty good called from the airport when we got back from our trip and was old where the shuttle was. We got there just as he had finished putting the last bags in and he helped us with our bags and we got on the bus with no problems.

  You park your own car and then just grab a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is very big and it fits at least 10 people and their luggage. There's places up front where you can put them to keep them from sliding around too. It's very easy and fast but make sure that you remember where your car is so you can tell the shuttle driver so you aren't walking the whole place.

  Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel Parking was a good experience for us. The attendant was helpful and told us where the shuttle was going to be. We had 15 minutes before it would show up so we weren't in a rush and by the time we parked and got our bags, it was already there.

  We showed up late for our reservation because of traffic. Was worried that we'd be charge for late fees or some other kind of penalty but they said that there was nothing like that and that all I needed to do was park my car and get on the shuttle. So that's what I did. Since you are paying for the days/nights that you're parking, they won't charge you more unless it's the day after you were supposed to leave the lot. Makes a lot more sense than charging by the hour!

  Excellent, I waited 5 minutes to get in which isn't a big deal and my reservation was scanned with no problems. We called the shuttle as soon as we got there. Missed the first one but the second only took 10 minutes to come which was a very good amount of time.

  It was reasonably priced for the week that we were gone and it was very easy to make a reservation. When you enter the lot, you scan your code and then you can go through the gates and park in a spot. It was foolproof. Since we booked online, we didn't have to worry about paying at the end. Everything is prepaid so we just scanned our code again and then they let us leave.

  Couldn't believe the price of this place. One day of overnight parking for $10.99? I booked it and thought that there was some kind of mistake when I saw the final total.   Finding affordable but safe parking with great service seems kinda impossible. That's why I was so happy when I saw this Crowne Plaza-Phoenix Airport Hotel Parking since it was a great deal. I paid $10.99 a day and valet was very helpful with getting me onto the shuttle and grabbing my bags for me.

  Very easy. I had no problems with booking a spot. Getting to the lot was very straightforward. We used the directions they had online. We entered the lot early on a Tuesday morning. There weren't that many people around so we had our choice of any place we wanted to park and we were able to get in quickly. When we exited, it took a little longer since it was during rush hour but still less waiting than we imagined.It was overall a really good experience. I felt like that they really cared about us. They were very accommodating.

I find that a lot of places that offer overnight parking actually charge more for that but the price stays the same at Crowne Plaza parking. I stayed near at the hotel so that I could be closer to the lot since my flght was at 5 am.

  I used this for a red eye flight. There was no one there except the security guard and one other person to have the gate open but that was fine. I called the shuttle as soon as I got there, parked and then just waited a few minutes for it to show up. That was the easiest thing that I've done.

  When you book online it makes it easy for you get a spot. When I showed up, I had to scan my ticket to get in since there was no one in the box. I just picked one of the empty spots and then waited in my car while I called the shuttle. I saw it coming so I got out, locked the door and grabbed my bags. 2 min later and I was on my way to the airport.

  My overall impression was positive. I thought that the lot was well maintained and they had a lot of security so I knew my car would be safe while I was gone. The shuttle itself was very comfortable and could fit a few people and also all of their suitcases with no problem. When I used the shuttle at the end of our trip, I had the whole bus to myself.

  I find the customer service very good. I called the office earlier to let them know that we were on our way and asked how full the lot was and they told me everything that I wanted to know. When we got there we just showed them our ticket and that was it. Then we just had to grab our bags and the shuttle.

I felt very safe leaving my car here especially after talking to the attendants and the office who explained all the security measures that they do to keep the cars safe. They have cameras all over, it's well lit and also there's a security guard who walks around and checks everything out.

  They have 24 hour access to the lot so you never have to worry about the time of your flight. That worked out well for me since my flight was actually an hour earlier than I thought it was so I just called it to change the time.   They didn't give us the numbers for the shuttle so we didn't know that we had to call them ourselves. We sat there waiting before the valet asked us what we were waiting for and then they eventually called the shuttle for us. Otherwise everything was pretty good. Just wish that someone had explained the shuttle thing to us so that we didn't wait 20 min.

  For me, it was really about the price. But when I actually got there and tried them out I could see why everyone liked it so much. It was very easy to open the gates as long as you had the code. This was added security next to the security guard and cameras too. The shuttle was very fast and comfortable which I appreciated. Nothing is worse than being uncomfortable while you're on a trip.

  When you get to Phoenix Hotel Airport Parking at the Crowne Plaza you have to show your confirmation when you enter and when you leave, then you park your car yourself and you can call the shuttle with the number that they give you or you can ask them where to meet the shuttle too. Depends on how you feel and how much stuff you have.

  The parking lot is great. It's very large with a lot of spaces for cars and trucks. The spaces are decent sized and they don't just cram a whole bunch of cars together either. The valet is also very nice and they helped us with our bags and getting them on the shuttle. I thought that we would be waiting a long time for the shuttle but it showed up pretty fast.

  Chose this place cause it was recommended to me since I was staying at the Crowne Plaza. I didn't realize that they had long term parking available so it was the perfect thing for us since we didn't have to go far to find parking. Plus it's very affordable as well.

  The shuttle is great. It's free so you don't have to worry about paying extra to get to the airport. They helped us with our bags and then helped us on the shuttle too. We waited about 5 minutes for it to show up at our parking spot and the attendant called it for us which was great service :)

  Love the fact that everything is online. I don't like bringing my wallet or cards with me when I travel in case they get stolen so I appreciated that I could just pay for everything before. I made sure that I didn't go over my reservation so I had no problems with getting out.

  The customer service was just alright for me. Everyone is very friendly and professional and willing to help. They answered all my questions which I appreciated. I was mainly asking about what I needed to do to make sure that I wasn't going to charged when I left and they said that it was automatic unless I went over my reservation.

  This lot is very close to the airport and it's very convenient to park your car here and leave it for your trip. It takes a lot less travel time to go to the airport. With the security guard and cameras, I didn't worry about anything at all during my trip.

  It's very fast to book your reservation which makes it easier and ensures you actually get a good spot. You just have to put in your date and time when you're leaving and when you're coming back. The confirmation has a code on it that you use to get in and out of the lot. They scanned mine when I came in and when I left and there were no problems.
