  We didn't like the fact that after your online form asked us what time we would be returning, and we put 1:30 a.m., your system took our money WITHOUT alerting us that there was no shuttle available for several hours at that time of night, and that we would have to pay for a taxi. In fact, your explicit instructions AFTER we booked and paid, were: "On your arrival, call this number (xxxxxxx), and your shuttle will take you to your car." FALSE. While I realize NOW that you don't run the shuttles, I would think in 2018 your IT guys could figure out a way to flash an alert when someone is booking for a time when that particular participant in your program will NOT be available for pickups. We deeply resented that you took our money and NEVER told us this online, but we only found out at the hotel. We will not use you again, because it really added to our woes when we arrived back late at night delayed in the first place. We just cant trust your service.

  All you need to do is go to the lobby, present your InstaPark reservation confirmation, and get your parking pass. It sits on your dashboard while you're away. When you return, you simply call for the shuttle pick you up, and return the parking pass to the front desk. It couldn't be simpler!
