  Never had issues with Omni before but this time when we returned they were short staffed. The person who was supposed to be bringing the cars to us was never seen because he was trying to find 1 customers car for over an hour. The driver who actually picked me up from the airport had to stop picking people up to help us find our car and at the end of it he just drove us around in the parking lot for us to look for our own cars. So spent way to much time waiting for my car they need to staff accordingly.

  I arrived five hours early and was denied a refund for the early arrival. At the same time a gentleman who was in the van with me was getting charged for the hours he arrived late. Unbelievable racket you have going. I will never use your facility again or even recommend it. It's unfortunate that the pool of potential employees are sterile, non-thinking, afraid to make decision millennial's. It has to be terrible for an employer.

  On our arrival we needed to wait almost 25 minutes for the van to take us to the airport, I would expect more shuttles running and available to cut that time down drastically. Even worse, somehow my car was misplaced upon return. The car was not in the spot the system said and 2 employees looked for over 30 mins before finding it. They even picked me up to help in the search. Those 2 issues in one experience made for a bad one.

  my wife and family use omni quite often. the facility,vehicles are always clean. staff is always upbeat even after dealing with customers all day. this last time there seemed to be sand on the vehicle perhaps from a blower or mower. this is still the best place for parking. we have lived in the area since 1967 and have tried several places. be there again in a few months.

  Very crowded on arrival waited more than 20 minutes for ride to airport and at least 15 minutes to have attendant check my car in to park. On return I texted when I landed my car was not pulled up when I arrived driver of the van had to find an attendant to get my car. Van drivers are courteous and helpful. On arrival and departure had to find an attendant,would like to see an attendant stationed outside @ the podium to provide service.

  Omni Parking is a clean, well maintained lot. There shuttle service is average, clean vehicle and average 20 minute (give or take) wait time. The lot employees are very friendly, polite and courteous. The only issue is they seem to have reduced the number of employees parking the cars, which makes it difficult for the workers and a bit of a longer wait for the customers.

  The total service was awesome. As soon as we arrived, the shuttle driver asked us which Irvine we were flying and took our bags and within minutes we were on our way to the airport. When we returned we walked out to the designated area and were picked up within a minute. The experience was great!

  To booked and park is easy no problem most of the time when I return is been great! Although this time after the heavy storm diverted out flight to Tampa and wait 3 hours in the tarmac, finally get back to Orlando international airport rush to the pick up zone of which they tell you from #12-35 so I was waiting to call them to get pick up and I was in #25 stand so I can see them coming and park, then after a few minutes here the van came I try to wave of him then he stop in stand #34 and of course I try to run to catch him with my laugage he just stop 2 second he didn’t even go down on the van to check if someone is coming, then he left, I’m so furious and very frustrated after a long flight then this African American driver is very lazy, what do you think if that happen into your shoes. Teach him a lesson or fired him is the solution.

  Called four times when we received our luggage. Never talked to a soul. No answer. Texted our ticket number. When we got there the workers said they never got it. We paid in advance but thr worker said we owed an additional $5. Bid signs stating omni is NOT. Responsible for any items inside or out of the vehicle. We will mot be back

  We prepay on line. The price is great, and always as quoted. The car is always out front after we are picked up at the airport, ready to go. Our ride to and from the airport is in a clean van/bus, driven by a pleasant, well mannered young person professionally attired. I think, this being Florida, you could forget the tie. Company polo's would be nice. What I hope for, every time. Had to wait once about 40 minutes for a ride from the airport, as the busses were full. No waiting when you got back, car out front, here's your keys and thank you. I can't understand why any local would park anywhere else. Thank you.

  Everything was great! Drop-off was fast and super easy. The drivers were super friendly and helped with my bags. Then when I returned, I texted Omni when I landed, waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle, and my car was waiting for me when I got back to the car park. They handed me my keys and I was on my way. Will definitely park with Omni again!

  I, along with 20 other people waited for one hour and a half for our cars to be brought to us. There were still people waiting when I finally got my car. One surly outdoor counter man and one extremely surly young man getting cars. Walked as though no one was waiting. When asked repeatedly why this was happening the response was that they were short handed and some employees had been fired. Not our problem. Very poorly run business with a bad attitude. Will NEVER use your company again and will write to my credit card company about this transaction. Totally unacceptable. I texted my number in at 6PM and drove off your lot at 7:40PM. You need to do some evaluations on your business.

  This parking lot holds 1,300 vehicles so it is massive. And I was glad to hear that they had valet parking because I didn't want to have to park too far away. The person that parked my car found a good enough space where the car could be easily retrieved when I got back. I guess they know their thing. I am just glad I had someone to do all of that for me.   They say that the shuttle bus runs every ten to fifteen minutes, but every time I booked at this parking lot and had to wait for the shuttle bus, it would only take three to five minutes and I am talking about whether it is late night or in the broad daylight. That has been my personal experience and I appreciate it because I am not good at waiting on anyone or anything. Sorry, but that's just me. I do recommend you try this parking lot as I do. ????

  Each time you reserve a spot at the MCO Omni parking lot, you are registered in their system. When you check in, your car is registered in your system, which is great because when I called to have my car picked up after returning from my trip, the young lady who answered phone asked me to hold so she could check. She came back to let me know my car would be waiting as soon as I got off the shuttle bus. Quite convenient and efficient.

  The staff showed their true colors every time I went to park my car at MCO Omni. No one can fake for so long. They keep doing that every time I park there - giving helpful service at every turn. I got help with my luggage from the valet parking person to the shuttle driver. I was impressed with how they did it genuinely. I love it and recommend it to you! ??

  Don't think that because this parking lot is so huge, you won't get the best service. It is the opposite. Everyone is so helpful by the way and there are enough numbers of secuirty cameras to cover a wide area. Where there are no security cameras, I have seen security guards driving around and checking the lot in short periods of time. My car has always been safe on this lot. ????

  We wanted to make a last ditch effort and swing by the Kennedy Space Center Shop before going to the airport for our flight. Thank heavens it was only 1.8 miles away and so we were able to pull it off after driving to the parking lot where a nice team of staff helped us get checked into the lot, valet parked our vehicle, jumped on the shuttle bus with the driver helping with our luggage and making the shuttle ride to our terminal which was only two minutes away. Definitely will be using this parking lot again. ????

  I am always running late and it was no wonder I was late getting to the parking lot where I was gonna leave my vehicle for two days while I flew to Denver. But, when I got to the check-in gate, Mandy did not feel rushed as I did. She calmly checked me in, told me a shuttle bus was on the way, called to the valet parking guy to take care of my ride and bid me a safe trip. I couldn't believe it was that easy and I was worried for nothing. ??

  I was so pleased to know the close proximity of the parking lot to the MCO Airport…only two minutes. On top of the close distance, the shuttle bus got me to the terminal almost faster than the speed of light. I am just kidding, but it was fast.   I had to change my flight at the last minute and so I had to cancel my parking reservation at the last minute too. MCO parking was really great about canceling everything and not charging me for the service I didn't use. I was so pleased about this cause I didn't know when I would next use the service, but I know I will in the near future.

  I am always on the road traveling or up in the skies traveling. Either way, I have to make certain arrangements including a place to leave my car when I have to. I chose the MCO Airport parking lot because of the daily rate at first, but then also the extra service that came with such a low rate of $3.99 a day. I tried out the luxury mercedes benz shuttle. I had never seen something like that before. I used the valet park service, which was so convenient and I parked in the covered area, which made it more secured. Thanks MCO!

  From the minute I drove into this parking lot, I could feel the warm welcome. The check-in attendant was jovial and funny. I was still laughing when the valet guy took my cr keys. I also got another dose of humor from the shuttle bus driver. I shared a few of the jokes from the check-in attendant with him and he told me that some of them were his jokes...lol! ???

  This parking lot was definitely well maintained. There wasn't a pin or pebble anywhere. They had it spotlesslly clean and I mean every time. It wasn't just a one time thing to impress new customers. That is how the place was kept and I loved that cause I didn't want any debris hitting my car in case of heavy winds one day.

  I was concerned about leaving my car at this parking lot cause I had some bad damage at other lots in the past. I was very reassured that this parking lot had so many surveillance cameras and so I made sure to park close to one of them so I could be even more reassured. I didn't come back to see any damage. So that is a plus and I will try to find parking close to the cameras all the time, just for my peace of mind.

  It is great that I didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle bus. By the time that I checked in using my reservation receipt, found a good parking space I was comfortable with and got my luggage from the car and walked towards the designated shuttle pick up area, the bus had come. I would park at this lot any time.

  The online reservation process was easy. I just had to provide my check in date and my check out date and put in my credit or debit card information and then I was done. I love the seamlessness and the convenience of the Internet intead of going to a physical building. I also like that the daily rate is only $3.99.

  This is a great place to leave your car if you are traveling out of MCO Airport because the rate is low. You only pay $3.99 a day during the normal season. I found out from experience too that the staff is great with providing assistance with anything, even if you run into basic mechanical problems such as a flat tire or starter. My car battery was dead when I came to the parking lot and the valet parking agent brought his car around and gave me a jump start. I was able to get home safely and bought a new battery the next day.

  Because I had to consider long term parking, I had to find a cheap rate. $3.99 per day was the cheapest I had found at OMNI and I quickly reserved my spot. I was going away for two weeks and so that would work out to be less than $65, which was pretty dope I thought. I love the OMNI parking lot and will park again.

  We had five hours to spare so we drove 0.8 miles from the MCO Airport to The Club at MCO. We had drinks and ate, had good conversation and then headed over to the parking lot, which was only 2 minutes away. We checked in with the attendant, had the car parked by the valet and then took the shuttle bus easily to the terminal. It was smooth sailing. Would park there the next time.

  My young children wanted one last round at Disney Magical Express, which was oly 1.6 mies from the Orlando Airport where we were supposed to catch our late evening flight. It was nice that it was so close to the airport and parking lot cause we didn't want to miss checking in to the parking lot or airport. We did make it. Thank heavens!

  I waited at the airport to be picked up for 90 minutes. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I FINALLY HAD TO FLAG DOWN A PASSING OMNI VAN. This is terrible and I will never use this service again. EVER. I will recommend no one ever uses this service.

  For me, this parking lot just had some god damn good workers. Everyone reached out to help you. Even the older gentleman that drove the shuttle bus was anxious to help everyone to get their luggage off. Of course, he got help from a few younger men on the shuttle.   The covered parking area was the reason why I reserved a spot at this parking lot. I loved my ride and didn't want anything to happen to it while I was away. Then I also learned about the video surveillance cameras and the additional information had me sold on this. I booked my reservations immediately.

  Even though, I wanted to have the same $3.99 a day rate as OMNI offers at its parking lot at normal times of the year, I had to go away for Christmas and couldn't avoid the increased rate of $9.99 a day, which still was a good rate since I would be gone for four days and still only pay less than $40. The Omni parking lot is on my list of quality lots.

  The tide turned I guess when I stumbled upon MCO Omni parking lot service online. I was dumbfounded by the low price of $3.99 a day, but quickly recovered my draw dropping expression and made the reservations right away. I also found out about the value added services too, which I was able to use on January 13 when I was going to Washington D.C. to celebrate my birthday with college friends. From the moment I checked into the lot to the time I returned and had to call for a shuttle bus, the experience has been nothing, but amazing! ??

  Some people think about saving money with a parking lot. I think of the same thing, but I also look at other things such as what you get for your money and for $3.99 a day, the OMNI parking lot also gives you 24 hour access, night and day parking and even luxury shuttle service. Moreoever, I have had nothing but good experience from the check-in agents, shuttle bus driver and valet parker. I will always choose OMNI for my parking needs. ????

  When you just bought your car, you want to park it somewhere that is safe. I had a new brand Corolla and had car payments on it so I wasn't gonna put it somewhere that the security is not up to par. This parking lot had tons of parking space, security cameras and a coveraged parking space. I was elated and felt good about parking here all the time.

  I can't afford the expensive parking lot rates and so I was so glad when I saw this $3.99 a day rate online. I thought I was being duped so I said let me check them out. Lucky for me, this was no dupe. It was real and so I booked the reservation and showed up on September 1st looking stupid cause I still thought someone was gonna come out and tell me it was a mistake. It still wasn't. I went on my trip and came back with no one hounding me for more money...lol!

  I have worked at a parking lot before so I know a good one when I see one. This parking lot not only had the best location to the airport, but it also had the lowest daily rate and the best customer service experience. I was totally impressed with all three, but more so the level of commitment to the customer like Nancy who tried to help me get on a shuttle bus so I could get home after arriving on a late flight.

  The management at MCO Omni parking hired a lot of great staff members and I personally think that is what makes this place so awesome. I have only met the good staff members, I guess and so I have no complaints, only good things to say. Yes, the customer service is of the highest quality. Everyone is willing to help at every turn. Mr. Graves, the shuttle driver helped me to load my luggage on the shuttle and unloaded it when I got to the terminal. And that is only one example of good customer service. ????

  At the MCO Omni parking lot, I was able to park in the covered area, which I loved. I might be wrong, but it seemed like there were more security cameras in this area or so I thought. I know it made me feel more secure leaving it in this particular area. When I came back to get my car, it was just like I left it.

  I wasn't even flying out of the MCO Omni Aiport and I still used the parking lot. I worked inside the airport and even though, I am a staff at the airport and can get free parking, I prefer to park my car where I know someone is watching it for me while I am at work. I pay the $3.99 a day for that reason and it is well worth it. ??

The check-in process, the reservaions online, the valet parking service and the shuttle service all work together to make the MCO Omni parking lot the best choice in the city of Orlando, if you are traveling from that airport.

  Frank, the shuttle service guy was driving like he was on some highway. I learned later that one of the ladies onboard was late for her flight. I wish he had told me. I had to be holding on for dear life. I guess, if it were me being late for my flight, I woulda want him to do the same. So it's all good. The service is still amazing.

  I was driving along Lee Vista Boulevard in Orlando when I saw the $3.99 sign at the MCO Omni parking lot. I had to do a double take cause it seemed unreal, but it wasn't. I went home and got online and saw the same thing. So I booked the reservation. Do you know how long I been looking for such a cheap rate? Glad I found it quite by accident.

  Close airport location was what I was looking to find before securing a space in a parking lot for my vehicle. I was glad to find MCO Omni since it was just two miles from the airport itself. I felt like I could be in and out of the parking lot and on the shuttle to the airport in no time and that is exactly what happened every time I used the lot.

  I loved the convenience of parking at MCO Omni. They had 24 hour access to the lot. They had tons of parking spaces. They offered all day shuttle service.   My 28 year old Accountant son was traveling alone and decided to take the cheap $3.99 a day rate that MCO Omni parking lot offered to the public. His take on this is that if they can offer such a low rate, how do they pay their workers and their operating costs. I really don't know and don't care. Everyone wants a bargain and that is all I am satisfied with. Its not my problem to find out anything else. That is what I told my son and that is what I am telling you!

  This is actually the cheapest parking lot I had ever found. At the low rate of $3.99 a day, which other parking lot can beat this? I found not one and so I continue to park at MCO Omni because of the rate and the service I receive for such low rate is still high quality. Let me be the first to recommend this parking lot.

  I came in at 4AM from an overnight flight. I was tired as you might have guessed and just wanted to get home. The shuttle bus arrived about ten minutes after waiting, which was OK and a decent time. Other people were waiting too and not complaining. But, I didn't have to wait to drive home since my car was at the corner waiting for me. The valet guy had it ready and waiting.

  The airport parking at OMNI Airport is reliable, cheap and efficient. They have valet parking so you don’t have to park your own car. They have luxury shuttle service and for the low daily rate of $3.99, you couldn't experience luxury at any other parking lot. If you provide your reservation confirmation number in a text message and ask for your car to be ready for you when you get there, it is exactly what you will get. Love the service and so I am sticking with them. I recommend MCO Omni parking.

  If you want to avoid any late penalities, it is important to try to return at least two hours before your return time. I had missed my connecting flight and arrived late at the MCO Omni Airport, only to see a late charge of $10 on my credit card. When I called the office and explained what happened to us, the manager refunded me my money. Nice!

Apparently, they didn't do that and I had to wait a few more minutes for my car, but I am glad I didn't have to wait too long. This little mix up won't stop me from parking there again.

  I had to cancel my reservations with MCO Omni because my plans had changed, but I was told they were not able to find my online reservations. I had to speak to the manager who went out of his way to help me so I could get my money back. After ten minutes, the manager told me that it was not in the name I had given the rep who answered the phone. OK, I agree. It was my fault. I got my refund and I am happy to say I will be booking another reservation when we figure out which date we will be going. ????

  I waited at terminal A12 and didn't see the shuttle driver for about five minutes. So I walkd over to terminal A35 to see if it made a difference and it did. The shuttle bus driver was parked up there loading passengers. I only had one bag so I loaded it myself and got on the shuttle to get to my car. It started out uncertain, but worked out fine afterwards.

  I got in at midnight and made the phone call to the shuttle service hotline. Someone answered right away and told me that the shuttle was on its way. I waited for another two minutes and it came, but when I got to my car, the valet parking guy wasn't ready with my car. I waited for another two minutes before he brought my car around the front. That was a little inconvenient at such a late hour, but I will let that slide since it was just one experience out of many good ones.

I didn't have a jumper cable and so the security guard went to his car to get it and helped me to get my car started. I was so happy to get home and gave him a tip.   The MCO Omni parking lot charges only $3.99 a day, but I happened to have traveled in high season during the Christmas holidays and paid $9.99 per day, which was still cheap in my own standards. Another time, traveled in late September and paid only $7.99 a day. I still see all of these rates as lower than other parking lots. So I am quite hooked on this for good.

I guess she was just there for a pay check. She made me wait too long and held up the line because she was going at a slow pace. Later, I learned that she was new.   August 31, it took 10 phone calls and one and a half hrs.to be picked up ( it was at midnight). I called ahead for car wasn't ready. On November 8th I was chareged $12 for being 3 hours late. Air lines fault. I also called ahead for car(wasn't there when we got there) I had good service with previous company (Signiture) .I also sent you an e-mail with this info. I tryed to put in a complaint( nobody cared to do anything about it.) Bad business. I live in a large retirement community, made a lot of recomendations in the past. Not anymore.   I waited 20 minutes to have my car parked when I arrived and then an additional 20 minutes for the shuttle I was cutting it close for my flight. When I returned I had to wait another 30 minutes for my car and I was told there was a remaining balance that I had to pay before I got my car, although I have evidence I paid the entire due up front. The guy couldn't even tell me what the additional charge was for and I was very upset.

  Very disappointed! I called to cancel my parking reservation (Subject: Order #13275 confirmed) prior to a trip in September and was told I would get a full refund. I was then informed that they couldn't find my reservation on-line and I would have to send and an e-mail to the manager (Clark Girges) who could verify that I had paid for the parking and provide the refund. I have sent three e-mails and never received feedback. Without this being resolved, I will never use or recommend your service again!

  Our flight from Flint, Michigan arrived late, which caused us to miss our connection in Atlanta. We were able to get to the next flight which caused us to arrive 2 hours late to pick up our car. OMNI charged us a $10 as a penalty! We have no control over the airlines schedules so I do not understand such a "penalty". Of course, we will NEVER use their services again and from now on, I will always ask any place we plan to park our car if they would do this. We are traveling again in Sept. and I just made our parking arrangements, at a different car parking place, first making sure they would not charge us a penalty if this were to happen to us again. My advice to anyone parking with OMNI to have their return at least 2 hours or more later than you expect so as to avoid such a penalty.

  Had a great experience. We parked our van for 5 nights. When we arrived, the staff was quick and courteous. We arrived at the airport on time for our flight. We were traveling with 6 kids, two of which were 7 month old twins so we had quite a bit of stuff with us. The driver helped us load and unload and was very nice. Also, when we returned for pickup, everyone was courteous and helpful. One suggestion is - when we returned, we weren't sure where we were supposed to go to pick up our vehicle and no one seemed to be directing. I would suggest signs or something. Other than that, everything was great and the price was cheap!

  Lot was a lot cleaner than I thought it would be despite being outside. SO many other ones in the area, the owners just let them get messy and don't really do anything about it for whatever reason so that was refreshing to see and I felt a lot better about leaving my car there as well.

  Going through and booking my spot online was way easier than I thought. I just needed my sign in and sign out dates, and my payment information and that was pretty much it. Super easy and when I got there and checked it, everything after that ran just as smoothly.

  I didn't have to wait long at all for the shuttle bus which was pretty great. It comes regularly about every 10 - 15 minutes so by the time I got my bags, checked in fully and my car was parked, a shuttle bus was pulling up right on time to take me to MCO. Trip was quick too!

  I've had problems with lots like this in the past so I was a little bit scared to leave my car here at first, but this is by far the most secure MCO airport parking lot experience I've had. There are a few in the area that have had issues with tampering and even theft in the past and I was a victim of damage to my car (it's a big truck) at one of them before. I was worried about that in this lot because it's so big but the spaces are a bit wider than usual and they take really good care to make sure that stuff doesn't happen so my truck was just fine. It was a good place to park and I'm going to keep coming back for sure.

  Let's see. I got valet service, I was able to access it at night, there was a security guard and cameras all over the place for $4 a day? I hit the jackpot with this lot because a lot of the other ones close by are way more money and don't have any of those things to offer. Like, at all.

  Shuttle bus pulled up and right away the driver hopped out and offered to help me with my bags which was honestly pretty awesome. All of the other staff at the lot were super helpful too so it made sense. the staff at MCO airport parking were just awesome from start to finish and they all did their due diligence in making sure that everyone was well taken care of, all of the cars were safe and that if any of us had questions, they would be right there to answer them.

  I was so happy when I realized how close the lot was to the airport and I was glad that the shuttle bus ride was so fast! I was eager to get to MCO to fly out, so this was a good start to a good trip because I didn't have to go through too much just to get to the airport.

  All I really had to do was pull up with my car and let them know which reservation I was and after that it was all pretty easy. Like, someone helped me with my bags and then a valet even took my car and parked it for me, somewhere in that huge lot! I was pretty impressed by how willing everyone was to help me out and it's something that made everything so much easier. I waited a little bit for the shuttle bus and then the driver helped me get my bags on to it. It was so nice and so was the rest of the service!

  I was worried about having to make a change to my reservation over the phone but it turned out great! I thought it was going to be a much more difficult and frustrating experience but it wasn't at all. I got through with no problems and was able to talk to a friendly agent who made the changes I requested with no further issues! It was pretty awesome.

  Lot was huge and I worried about parking here at first but the staff is really attentive and awesome so I wasn't at all worried about feeling lost in the sea of cars. A valet parked my car for me which made it a lot simpler for me. Don't be scared off by how big the lot if, they really take a lot of care in making sure each and everyone one of their clients is taken care of and make sure that every car in their lot is as secure and safe as possible.

  One thing I noticed right away about this low is how CLEAN it was! It seems like such a random thing to like about a parking lot but the MCO airport lot was actually impeccable in how clean it was. I took notice of it because it's how I knew right away that this was a place that took care of whatever was inside. I saw how well they maintained their grounds so I knew that they would probably treat my car with the same kind of care. The same way I would see a filthy lot or one that needs a lot of repairs and figure they'd be just as careless with leaving my car there. Really great impression.

  The drop off and pick up experience were less than desirable. There seemed to be mass confusion and disorganization at drop off, there was no place to leave the vehicle except at the road. The shuttle to the airport was scary as the driver was quiet reckless. Picking up the vehicle took close to an hour after we were told it would be 5 minutes. The price was fair, but we would have paid more for better organization and customer service.

  The lot was only about 2 miles from MCO so it was great to be in there. I would say from parking my car to making it the entrance of the airport the whole thing took about 30 minutes and that's what I like about it, it was super efficient.

  The worst service I have ever experienced was gleefully provided by the staff at this awful establishment. The shuttle that picked me up from the airport arrived quickly only to take me to their location where the nightmare began. Wary travelers waited up to 2 hours for their cars to be brought out. One couple noticed their car had been broken into only to get the same disdainful response from the staff - they look away and walk away looking very busy. I'm totally confused what they are so busy doing because all of their customers are standing around waiting for their cars to come out. This off site parking and car rental facility does neither well. Their parking rates were the lowest which is why I chose this location but if it's too good to be true it's because it's too good to be true. It's sad to see so many tired and disappointed travelers waiting for their own cars or for a rental car never materialized. I have called the police, I believe my car has been stolen!

  Close to airport and convenient shuttle however upon our return from our trip it took them over an hour to get our car. It was never registered in there system and they couldn't find it. Customer service was also terrible and they drove the cars like hot rods. Won't use again.

  The service was terrible! The only people that are worth a damn at this establishment are the young gentlemen that are fetching the cars. Everyone that was working at the desk either refuse to help me or said they were going to deal with it personally. You guus lost my car and did nothing to find it. I spent 4 + hours waiting to pick up my own personal car. I could of handled that if not for my wife and eleven month old son. This establishment will never receive my buisness again. I would give this place a 0 rating if it was possible.

  I was really quite impressed with everyone that worked here and I got the sense that they actually liked their jobs. I asked what felt like a million and one questions and they didn't get sick of me asking at all which was pretty amazing to me. I pulled up and a valet was right there to park my car for me and make that part a bit easier. They then helped me get my bags out of the car so I would have them ready to go once the shuttle bus arrived. The driver then assisted my in getting my bags onto the shuttle and it was amazing after that too. The bus ride was super short, maybe 10 minutes max and it was done. I was able to get over to the Orlando airport with lots of time left to spare!

I thought it might be an issue that the lot itself was so big but I was really pleased to see that it wasn't a problem at all.   The staff at MCO Signature Airport parking was truly exceptional and it made the entire thing that much easier. They were super friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile - and I had lots of them. They were so gracious in helping me with my bags, the valet for parking my car and of course the security for making sure everything was in order the whole time my car was there. I felt tempted to call to check on it but I resisted the urge! I had a bad experience with a parking lot before I was a bit apprehensive, but after coming back and seeing my car was in one piece I felt a lot better and very much relieved.

  I knew the price was low but there's something about getting that receipt after and seeing less than $25 for 4 days that really lets you know how cheap it was. It was really great to have all of that great service without having to spend so much for it. Like, getting a luxury shuttle bus without having to pay luxury prices was excellent, and this lot is really great at ensuring that they have repeat customers!   Finding parking in this city is hard because it is literally always busy here. Whether it's people that live here, people visiting or going to DIsney World there is always tons and tons of cars around and the spots fill up fast. This lot was perfect for long-term parking for me because of how low the price was. 4 bucks a day is a pretty impressive price all things considered!

  This lot was definitely safe and I was also glad to find a covered lot. I knew I didn't want my car to be outside in the elements because you never know what can happen out there! I came across this MCO lot and it was covered and protected, had great security and lots of cameras to go with it. And to think that this lot was only $4 a day?! That really blew my mind so I knew I had to hop on and book my spot right away. This is one of the cheapest lot you'll find anywhere in Orlando, really.

  I'm glad that I could access the lot late at night because I had a flight at a strange time so I was happy I was able to claim my spot and make it MCO without having to come super early to do it. That's something that I've had to do when I parked in other places that had more restrictive hours than this place does. This place has 24 hour access which was really awesome for me and anyone who flies late at night.

  Well, the shuttle bus here was not only on time and convenient but luxurious too! It was a Mercedes van, almost like a party bus and inside was super plush. Everyone's luggage fit just fine so that's always a plus. It was perfect, really. I don't have any complaints about this place, they even had a valet! I pulled up and the attendant just took care of my car right away and parked it somewhere in the lot. Not sure where, it was ready and waiting for me when I got back anyway. I took my receipt and then I was on my way. It was a really amazing experience when it was all said and done.

It was close to MCO and I knew the lot was really big but there were plenty of cameras and even security on hand to make everything that much more secure.
