  Todo fue una mentira, cuando llegue al lugar no era tal Quick Park sino otra compañía Deal Aerport parking y después de estar casi una,no aceptaron mi reserva y para poder dejar mi carro tuve que volver a pagar.

  A parking lot id a parking lot, our car was fine once we got back to it. But it took more than an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from 10 minutes away. This was frustrating since we had a long drive ahead of us and just wanted to get home.

  we waiting forever for the shuttle to pick us up to get to the ship> then when we got back we waited for an hour for the shuttle then ended up taking a cab to get our car at ur place. never again will we use ur place.

  Everything was excellent. Cost, shuttles, etc. The only slight problem was that it took a bit to find an open parking space. However, we will recommend your facility & use for our next cruise!

  The price is cheaper, the ride is a little slow to pick up, and no restrooms.

  We booked our transportation for 3:00 pm and upon arriving to the parking office was told they do not offer shuttle service after 3. The guy went on to say how they did not have permits to drive all the way on the dock areas and had gotten fined prior. After all of his explaining he did drop us off and pick us up. For future reference please advertise parking areas that can provide the full services with appropriate times.

  Be sure to make customers aware that after a certain time there is no shuttle to the port for cruise ship passengers. Luckily, the staff had mercy on 3 different families and got us all there on time!!

  The location was hard to find . When i called for help i got a voicemail . They didnt have enough room in the van for all of our luggage so they used a car to take some of it to the pier and we had to wait because the car was seperated from us. On our return there was no signage to show us the shuttle name to pick us up. I will never use your service again and would not recommend any one else
