  I felt so annoyed at first when I did not see the shuttle bus after arriving at the Phoenix Airport and get to go to the Sky Harbor parking lot. I had to call the number at 602-273-7007, but the shuttle bus driver was already on his way. He had just left the terminal for a pick up. My impatience is my only weakness, I must say!

  On my way to Japan for five days, I took my friend's advice and reserved a parking spot at Sky Harbor. With a price of only $8.20 a day, I thought it was a steal. When I drove into the lot, I also noticed all the surveillance cameras and security guards. I also had someone park my car and bring it back to me when I returned. Amazing service, if you ask me!

  Don't want to stir the pot, but feel I have to. Sky Harbor is the bomb! And you will find that out when you park your car there. The girls and gals at this parking lot are amazing! They go to lengths to make sure that you get the best service. Check in with a receipt, have a valet guy park your ride and wait only a few minutes for the free shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off at the terminal with your bags. What more could you ask for? ????

  One thing I didn't want and is to park my car somewhere that is not safe. I did not want to have my car scratched either, but when I saw the huge parking lot and wide parking spaces at Sky Harbor, I know I didn't have to worry about it anymore. I love parking there and will always be a customer of Sky Harbor!

  Call me silly, but I did not know that Sky Harbor parking lot had a shuttle bus. I thought I would have to take a taxi to the terminal or just drag my luggage along by myself, but I was surprised to know that Sky Harbor provided a shuttle bus and it was free and it was on time. By golly!

  Sky Harbor is a stone's throw from the airport itself. Once you park and take the short shuttle bus ride over to the terminal area, the walk to your departure lounge was a few minutes away. What a convenience! That is what I look for and I found it at Sky Harbor parking lot.

  It was nice to see that people loved their jobs and wanted to go out of their way to help you and that is what I thought about Sky Harbor and their staff. The agent, the valet parker, the security guard, and the shuttle bus driver were just that and more. I also loved that the parking lot was big enough to have space to park. I give Sky Harbor a high score for all of that!

  Before I parked at Sky Harbor, I used some really shitty parking lot services in the local area. A friend of mine told me about Sky Harbor when I was flying out of PHX Airport. I didn't realize it was so close to the airport until I got there. That was enough to have me sold on it. But, on top of that, the staff were amazing! ????

  Had a pleasant experience at Sky Harbor parking lot. Everyone was nice. The valet parking guy though went out of his way to make sure we were parked in a convenient spot so we could get our car when we got back and he showed us where we were parked. He also helped us get our luggage out of the car and onto the shuttle bus. Wouldn't park anywhere else!

  The guy who parked my vehicle at Sky Harbor took my keys, parked the car and showed me where it was parked. I gave him a tip for that cause that took a lot off my shoulders. The shuttle bus came soon after and the guy who drove the shuttle bus helped me load my bags. I also gave him a tip for the same reason. Way to go Sky Harbor! I am impressed! ????

  Sky Harbor parking lot has got me sold! I wouldn't park anywhere else. For one the price is so low that I could keep my car there for two and a half weeks when I went overseas. I already saw all the security cameras and so I knew my car would be safe, even when I am not in the country and I was right! ??

  That agent Anka was amazing! I was having a bad day before I got to the check-in gate and she was able to calm my nerves. She was just too nice for me to go off on her. From that point on, the service kept getting better and better with the shuttle bus driver too and the security guards. Sky Harbor is one of the best parking lots I have seen so far!

  I wasn't looking for this much help and going out of their way to do all they did for me at Sky Harbor. I mean not many people show that they care these days. It started off with the gate agent, the valet parker and then the shuttle bus driver and when I came back from my trip, the security guard who helped get my car started from a dead battery. I would do business with them again and again!

  The online booking system at Sky Harbor was so easy and quite seamless. They needed my flight number, my date of arrival and return and that was it. I didn't have to fill out a long form or anything. I thought it was so convenient and less of a hassle than other parking lots. You will become hooked too! ??

  As soon as I got off the highway, Sky Harbor was right there. Easy to find. So location was a plus. It was also close to the PHX Airport. Again, location was a plus. On top of that, the service was so smooth from the time I checked in to when I got on the shuttle bus to get to my terminal. Loved it! I think you should try it too!

  Having a bad experience with my car at another parking lot in town, I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave my car at Sky Harbor, but glad I did. The parking lot is well lit and it has security cameras all around. You can't miss them. And there are lots of security guards around if you have questions or need help. I would certainly park there in the future!

  I don't usually write reviews, but had to say one thing. Sky Harbor rocks! They are not like every parking lot. The cheap price for parking is one thing, but the service is another. Moreover, the parking lot is spacious and you don't have to worry about security either. There are tons of them patrolling all the time!

  I was kind of taken offguard when the agent at the gate asked for my car keys after I checked in. I soon found out that they had valet parking and they didn't charge me ay extra for that service. What the heck? I was surprised, but happy about it. You mean I don't have to park my own ride? Yaaassss!

  I seriously didn't have to worry too much about my ride when I left it at Sky Harbor man! There are so many security cameras in the lot and talk about the security guards. There are a bunch of them on duty each time. So between the two, you just park your car and leave it in their hands. It is that simple!

  If I had to recommend a parking lot, it would be Sky Harbor. And that is for their top rated customer service and how everyone goes out of their way to help you. I always had a good experience with them, except for a few times where the lot was full, but the security guard would allow me to park askew as long as it didn't impede the other drivers.

  I cannot forget the time we came back from our overseas vacation and went to get our car from the Sky Harbor parking lot. When we tried to start the darn car, it wouldn't budge and it was the security guard, Daniel that helped us revive that dead battery. In no time, we were off and exiting the lot thanks to Daniel.

  We checked into Sky Harbor just as a shuttle bus had just pulled out and left, but we didn't have to wait very long for the next one. In fact, our wait was less than 10 minutes and the shuttle bus driver got out and gave us a helping hand with our luggage, which I thought was really nice of him. I love Sky Harbor and their staff!

  For $8.20 per day, you not only get parking, but you also get valet parking service unless you want to park the car on your own. Who wouldn't want the royal treatment? I do. I use valet parking all the time. And the valet parking guy will have your car ready for you once you get back.

  Didn't have to play enee, menee, mino and mo to find a parking space. The Sky Harbor parking lot is big enough to fit many vehicles. Of course, some days are better than some, but for the most part, you won't be driving around for hours to find a parking space.

  Shuttle bus driver was nice. His name was Antonio and he was Italian. Talked a lot all the way to the terminal. I guess he was just trying to make me feel welcomed to Sky Harbor, but that day, I wasn't into talking and it annoyed me a little, but had nothing to do with Antonio. It was just me. Would park my car there again, of course.

  Wow! Awesome experience from the check-in gate to the terminal. The agent was fast in checking us in. The valet guy took our keys and parked the vehicle in no time. The shuttle bus came by in less than 5 minutes and helped us to load and unload our luggage. This was customer service at its best. I will park here every time!

  I am always looking for a bargain, no matter where I am. I couldn't help myself when it came to the $8.20 a day that Sky Harbor charged. I was flying overnight to Buffalo and needed an affordable place to leave my car. I took up the offer and ended up paying a little over $8. Now where else could you find such a deal!   Made the reservations online, arrived at the gate, was checked in by an agent who got the valet parking guy to take care of my ride. She even called to see how far the shuttle bus driver was. He came and help to load my luggage. Everyone worked together to make things smooth for me and I appreciate that!

The clerk, Ingrid was very nice and helped to switch my entry and exit times, informing the shuttle bus and valet parking attendant that things had changed. I thought that was really neat.   The PHX aiport is very close to Sky Harbor parking lot and so I use it just for that reason alone. I am on and off the shuttle bus in no time and usually make it to the airport check in counter in less than 5 minutes. Most of the time, the shuttle bus is early and I don't have to wait for a long time.

  Security is my pet peeve. I love my little ride and I protect her in any way that I can. So, for me leaving her in a parking lot over night was a huge decision for me. Sky Harbor turned me into a real customer when I saw how many security cameras they had and even how many security guards manned the lot. I am impressed and you will be too!

  I like the idea that Sky Harbor parking lot is so close to the airport. It makes it so convenient so that if you are running late to catch a flight, it won't be such a big deal.   Where the shuttle bus driver dropped me off, I didn't have to walk very far to my terminal. He went out of his way to do that for me cause I was kind of late for my flight.   Yes, the lot at Sky Harbor is bigger than most, but I didn't find it to be less appealing. The staff were just as nice and helpful, assisting me at every turn. They guy at the gate checked us in and did so quickly. We had tons of parking spaces to choose from and the shuttle bus came as soon as we parked. We didn't even have to wait! What could be better?

  From the time I got to the gate with that friendly agent, Sharon to the time I hopped onto the shuttle bus where Tom was the driver, I can say that Sky Harbor pulled this one off for me. The agent was so darn helpful and Tom, he is another story. He took my lugggage out of my car onto the shuttle and unloaded it again when we reached the terminal. SKy Harbor is gonna be my 'go to' parking lot from now on.

  My boyfriend and I went for the final stroll at Tempe Beach Park, 4 miles from the Sky Harbor parking lot. We wanted to spend some quality time together before I left for my overseas trip. It was well worth the time. I drove away in my beat up Corolla and watched his sad face. When I got to the check-in gate, Betty took one look at my face and saw I was crying. Her soothing voice and smile calmed my nerves. I so appreciated her kindness and understanding. I wished I had seen her again when I returned, but the shuttle bus driver was just as nice too! I would recommend this parking lot to anyone for their humanity! ??

  Although, the Sky Harbor parking lot is one of the largest in the area, it is one of the closest to the Phoenix Airport and it is one of the cheapst and most affordable. It also has the most security cameras to keep your vehicle safe and secure. Thinking of parking there all the time from now on.

The valet parking agents are good at being efficient. I guess they knew when my flight would come in from researching my reservations. I think that was pretty cool!

I was concerned about the big parking lot, but it worked out to be the best thing for me since there was always a place to park my car.   The Farm at South Mountain, 3.1 miles from the Sky Harbor Airport and parking lot was a hidden gem that we just had to visit before our flight to Fort Lauderdale. We were so glad it was this close to the airport, which gave us enough time to enjoy our time with family and friends before going to board our flight!

  The shuttle bus was a bit packed on the day I took it to the terminal. But on that day, there seemed to be quite a few people traveling so it was all good. The shuttle bus drivr apologized for the crammed space and all of us got to our terminal in one piece...lol!

  When we left the Talking Sticks Resort Arena where my sons and I watched a basketball game, we headed for Sky Harbor to board our red eye flight. Thank heavens the arena is just 3.8 miles away. On top of that, the agent at Sky Harbor made it easy by collecting our receipt and letting us through to go park close to the terminal. Would park there anytime!

  When I tried calling the office to cancel my reservations and to make sure that they didn't charge my debit card, I could get no answer and because of that my card was charged. I had to call and ask to speak to the manager before I had the charges reversed from my card. The manager was nice about it though and yes, I would park there the next time. It was just an unfortunate episode.

  I didn't know how close the airport was until I got to Sky Harbor parking lot. It was close enough to walk to the terminal after parking, but only if you don't have a bunch of luggage to tag along. You can literally see the airport while standing in the parking lot.

  Driving up to Sky Harbor, I could see that there were more than one check-in agents. I liked the idea that we didn't have to wait too long in line and could drive up to the agent who didn't have such a long line. This is helpful when you are running late. ????

  Nothing irks me more than a small parking space and I was glad that Sky Harbor's parking spaces were larger than usual. I hate when people open their cars door while they are parked beside me and don't care that they might scratch my car. I didn't have that problem at Sky Harbor.   I notice how clean Sky Harbor parking lot was in comparison to others where I had been in the past. It seems as if they go out of the way to keep it clean. How they clean that huge parking lot, I won't know, but I am happy to be parking in a clean lot. It says a lot about Sky Harbor and their maintenance practices.

  I wanted to check out the Arizona Brewery Tours a mile from the Phoenix Airport and Sky Harbor parking lot. I got held up in traffic, but when I went to the check-in gate to park my car, the check-in girl saw my concerned face and not only processed me fast, but called to see where the shuttle bus was at.   I would use Sky Harbor again for the simple fact that the shuttle bus driver, Ezra didn't have to take our luggage and put it on, but he want to the trouble to do just that even when we were trying to help ourselves. My husband is a body builder and could have done it, but Ezra was having none of that...lol!!! ??

  I am used to parking in a smaller lot so the hugeness of this parking lot at Sky Harbor took me by surprise. I know it might sound like nonsense, but I am an older woman and sometimes, I have problems finding my car when I get back from my cruises. I have to put a piece of cloth on my car to give clues. But, lucky for me, the security guards will usually help me with this. So I guess big may mean better!

  I like how big this parking lot is. I don't have to drive around for hours hunting for a parking space. This is not something that you should be doing if you are trying to catch a damn flight. So Sky Harbor's large parking lot is enough for me to choose them when I need parking space.

  We were leaving the Taste It Tours about 3.9 miles from the airport and got to the Sky Harbor parking lot in time to catch our flight. We got a little delayed though as there were other customers waiting in line, but the check-in agent, Nancy was very quick and got the line moving fast! Park there if you are traveling! The service is also amazing!

  Because the lot was so big, you can request certain parking spaces. I chose a space that was close to the terminal that I used for most of my traveling. It also happens to be where the shuttle bus comes for each pickup and drop off. I thought that was really neat! ????

  I was pretty adamant about parking in a covered area and got just that. Thank heavens Sky Harbor parking lot has covered parking because I was not having anything happen to my vehicle. I had that experience at another parking lot some months before. I will park at Sky Harbor again and again! ???

I didn't realize that I had left it at home and the agent, Sally was nice enough to use my name to check my reservations and let me through. I think that was pretty cool since time was running out to catch that flight!

  I got back from my flight to Miami late at night, but just went straight to the Courtesy Area, which is located on the North curb where the outer median lies and just waited there for the shuttle bus, which arrived five minutes after I got there. I think that was fast because I was chatting with another passenger anyway that owned a business that I was interested in! I would use Sky Harbor anytime, day or night. ???

  The last stop for us as a family was the zoo, which was 3.9 miles from the airport where we were gonna catch a flight in three hours. We headed to the parking lot first and the Sky Harbor check-in rep took our receipt and processed it while the shutle bus was driving up. She motioned to him that we wanted to hop on, which we did. It was such as smooth process! WOuld recommend this parking lot! ????

  Booked in advance online and paid and got a receipt. Checked in late at night and found the agent to be quite friendly, although, it was past midnight and she looked sleepy. I got on the shuttle bus about 2 minutes after checking in and was able to get to the airport lounge so I could relax before my flight! ????

  This place is huge. When I say huge, I mean huge. Sky Harbor Parking lot has tons of parking space and even though, a lot of people use it, there is always enough space to park. I love that. I would hate to arrive and have to turn around to find another parking lot!

  I am the kinda person with so much attention to detail so I physically went to the Sky Harbor Parking Lot before I used them to check out the place. I noticed several surveillance cameras and the security guards driving around in golf carts. I also saw the lot and parking spaces were spacious so my car wouldln't get scratched. I eventually did use their service and was pleased with the outcome! I would definitely suggest using them!

  Phoenix Airport was 3.2 miles from the Children's Museum, but I wanted to take my kids there at the last minute before catching our flight. We figure we had enough time, but stayed too long I guess and had to be rushing to the Sky Harbor parking lot, but the check-in agent and shuttle bus driver worked together to get us to our terminal in time!

  Charlene was the person that checked me in at 2PM for parking at Sky Harbor. She was new, but very bright and helpful. She called the shuttle bus driver to see how far away he was and within 2 minutes, he was there to pick me up at my car and helped me to put my luggage on the shuttle bus.

  Don't sit on it! If you are planning a trip out of Phoenix Airport, Sky Harbor parking lot should be your choice and it is not only for the low price of $8.20 per day, but also because the staff are very helpful and the shuttle bus runs every 7 to 10 minutes to get you to your terminal on time! ??

  We had just visited the Sky Harbor Fitness Trail before going to the Phoenix Aiport. We just wanted some alone time before we left each other for the one month that I had to go to South Africa away from my boyfriend. Luckily, the trail was just 0.4 miles from the parking lot because we were so into each other that we didn't realize the time was going. When I got to the parking lot though, the process was smooth and easy and so I got to my terminal on time. ???

  It took only 4 minutes to get to Terminal 4 when I was flying out of Phoenix Airport. That was amazing cause that day, I was rushing to catch my flight and I mus confess that I was late. The shuttle bus driver, Nate made sure that I got to the terminal on time.

  My old beat up car would not start for the life of me when I came back from Holland and picked up my car at the Sky Harbor parking lot. But, there was a nice valet parking attendant, Joe who went out of his way to give me a jump start. I am forever grateful and will never forget his kindness! Use this parking lot for your next trip!

  The shuttle bus driver, Ansel took only 8 minutes to come pick me up at my car and when I got back from Canada, another driver took the very same time. I guess, they are running a competition. I don't know, but I am glad that I didn’t have to wait too long to have to catch my flight and to get home after I got back!

  As a female, I was kinda anxious about catching a late flight home to Fort Lauderdale, but the customer service rep, Michelle, assured me that the parking lot was manned 24 hours by security guards and surveillance cameras. I took the chance and the shuttle bus driver, Mike dropped me right at my car and waited I was inside and watched me exit the lot! I feel secure to park there now!

  When I got back from my trip to Los Angeles and took the Sky Harbor shuttle bus to pick up my car, I found out that my tires were soft. And did you know that the shuttle driver stayed with me and helped me fix my tire? I didn't have to call roadside assistance, which saved me a lot of headack. I love Sky Harbor and their staff.   If you fly out of the Phoenix airport like I do very often, then the Sky Harbor parking lot is the one to use. Other than its cheap price of $8.20 per day, which is obviously cheaper than most other parking lots in the area, my experience was very good with checking in and having the shuttle come pick me up on time to catch my flight.

  Yaassss! Finally a parking lot that has free shuttle bus service, opens 24 hours a day, every day. Sky Harbor Parking Lot has done it for me. I no longer have to wonder if I will be able to park my car when I have a red eye flight. I couldn't ask for better and for the two times, I parked there, it is just the way they say it is. Highly recommended.

  The lot was HUGE so they were able to accommodate a lot of cars. I also got to ask for the best possible parking space because there was so much room everywhere! I picked the one that would be closest to where the shuttle buses are, so it was perfect.

  I tried to call the customer service line and it was an absolute disaster. I called the number for what felt like an hour in order to try to cancel my reservation and no answer! I just wanted to make sure they wouldn't charge my credit card but sure enough they did. I had to EMAIL to get a manager to call ME in order to get my money back so it was just a giant headache. It was just one of the many things I had to deal with when I cancelled my whole trip. The manager was nice about it when they did it and they were really sorry, though so that's something.

  Had NO idea there was a free valet service included so that was pretty awesome! I got to the PHX airport parking lot and an attendant took my car right away and found a good place for it. They were really courteous and it was so smooth, seamless and convenient. I'd most definitely park here another time.

  I had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot at first but I eventually found it and was able to get my car parked with no issues at all. I pulled up and right away, a valet took care of parking my car for me so I didn't have to drive around that huge lot looking for a spot to park. The staff was super helpful and helped me get my bags out of my trunk before hand, and helped me get them onto the shuttle bus when it came about 5 minutes later. It was a bit tight in there with the other people that were headed over to the airport, but it was all good. We got there in a little over 5 minutes and I was already really close to my gate. Sky Harbor is a pretty big airport so I'm glad the shuttle bus came up to exactly where I needed it to. They didn't charge my credit card right away, but when they did they had my receipt and my car ready and waiting for me when I came back to pick up my car so it made everything so much easier. THe service was really impeccable and I'm so glad that I parked here instead of somewhere else.

  All of the staff here were so nice and pleasant, it made the experience that much better dealing with people who actually wanted to be there! They answered all of the concerns that I had so it was much easier for me to feel comfortable leaving my car behind. I was set to be gone for about a week and I was apprehensive about it all at first - especially after I saw how big the lot was! It all worked out really well in the end though so I'm really glad that I found Sky Harbor airport parking and I'd park here again.

  Valet service was so great and convenient. They took my car right away and put it in the best possible place in the lot. I was so glad they took care of it all for me because I was worried about having to find a spot in that huge lot on my own. I took my bags out and got to just wait for the shuttle bus to come bring me to Sky Harbor airport from the lot; which was close by.

  Most important thing about this lot is that it was safe for me to leave my car, which is the only thing that was important to me. I had to be sure my car wasn't going to be tampered with while I was here. But there's security cameras, security guards and plenty of other staff to protect to premises and make sure nothing happens so I felt much better about the whole thing before I got into the shuttle bus. From the valet making it much easier to get into a good spot and other lot staff helping me with my bags, it was a great and easy way for me to get to PHX with all my stuff and with time to spare.

  Good experience even though the lot was full and we had reservations. We had to park in a funny manner due to the number of cars. But security was great. Jumped our dead battery. Pick up the airport was quick. We missed the one van service but within 10 minutes another showed up without us having to call.

  I think I forgot there was a valet service because I pulled up and wondered why the attendant wanted my keys. But it was a great extra and for free too? All included with the $6? I don't think there's anywhere else in Phoenix that you can find valet parking that cheap! The valet helped me get my bags out first and then took the car and parked it somewhere in the lot, they let me know where it was though. They told me to wait in the spot where they shuttle picks everyone up and it was there within a few minutes. One had just left when I was getting my bags out of my car, so I was sure I'd have to wait another 20 minutes or so before one came back but it came way quicker than that! Great experience here!

  SUCH a safe lot. I had a bad experience in one of these lots before (in a different city, not near PHX) so I was apprehensive about booking this place at first but they keep this place REALLY safe. First of all, there are cameras all over the place. You can't miss them. Not only that, the lot itself is really well lit at night. It's outside so the daytime is no problem, but at night there lighting is awesome so that it's way easier to keep an eye on everything. Then, they have so many people working there that it would be almost impossible for anyone to just walk in or get in that aren't supposed to be there. They have security on staff specifically to keep an eye on everything so I knew they were definitely taking all the needed measures to keep all the cars in the lot secure.

  I found this PHX parking lot really easily after coming off the highway and was really blown away by now only how well-maintained the lot was but also how incredibly efficient they were in getting me checked in, car parked and loaded onto the shuttle bus ready to go to the airport which was really close. Before that point, I wasn't really sure how it was all going to go down but they made it really easy and answered my questions so it was cool.

  Usually I hate booking things online but their system was so quick and easy, I just had to put the date I wanted to drop off and pick up my car and then enter my payment information so that they had it on file to charge when I came back to pick it up. It was all so easy and seamless.

  The shuttle bus service was so convenient because I sort of thought we would have to get a taxi from the parking lot to the airport. PHX was really close by, like closer than I assumed so I just thought we would have to figure it out from there but they let me know a shuttle bus was on its way and even helped me get my bags into it. It was great and I'm definitely parking here again in the future.

  PERFECT price, after about a week my final bill was not much at all. How can you really beat $6 a day when most of these other lots are charging $20 and more a day? And some of those ones aren't even as close to the airport as this one is! I was really happy because this kept my trip costs down and I was able to free up some money to spend a bit more while I was in Japan. I also really appreciated how friendly the service was, which I almost didn't even expect because of how big the lot was. Usually with any type of large area there's not a lot of people who work there and the few that are there are just going through the motions, trying to get the work done and don't really pay much attention to their clients but it wasn't like that here at all! I felt well taken care of and comfortable so I'm glad this was my choice.

  Obviously I was worried mostly about how safe the lot would be but when I got there and started asking some questions, I realized it was going to be just fine. I was really impressed by how well-maintained and secure the lot was and I felt a lot better about leaving my truck there after asking the manager a few things and understand how they keep everything under control.   When I went to pick up my car it was already waiting outside for me to hop into. This was so convenient for me and so much better than other parking lot experiences I've had in the past. I know it's not a valet service but having to go in and search for your car on your own after jet lag and all the other things that come after a long trip is just annoying, so I'm glad they did that!

  Keeping your car somewhere safe in Phoenix can be hard at times but I found a pretty good lot here. You'd think keeping track of hundreds of cars (maybe thousands, it looked like) would make it hard to keep everything together but the staff works hard to keep everything as secure as you can imagine.

  Parts of this lot are covered up so I was sure those parts would be dark and dingy but it wasn't that way at all. The lighting in this place was great which is why I was very confident that my car would be safe because they'd be able to see everything clearly enough to keep an eye on everything. Cameras, security and all that, I knew it was bright and super safe.

It comes every 7 to 10 minutes back and forth between the airport and the lot and the trip itself is really short.
