Local Shops And Restaurants Flood PIT
The People Mover is the walkway that will get you from check-in to your departure gates. Also to the West of the terminal is the Hyatt Hotel, baggage claim, ground transportation services and the parking lots. Each concourse has it's own list of fresh and local restaurants, diners, shops and amenities. You'll find pet relief areas near the parking garages as well as in Concourse D. There's a KIDSPORT area in concourse C, and wireless internet throughout the airport. Passengers can freely move between each concourse without having to go through security more than once.
Each concourse has a disability information station as well as courtesy TTY devices and paging phones. Ask an airport ambassador or attendant for further assistance if you have any questions or concerns. Make sure to check out the local art displayed throughout the hotel, and then relax in the common seating areas.

- A newer service at PIT is ADA Paratransit service. It's designed for out of town visitors with disabilities to get around the city for a discounted rate. It is a shared-ride service that is booked in advance and runs from 6am to midnight every day of the year. As long as you have your ticket handy, you can use the ACCESS service. There is service to and from the airport using ACCESS or the 28X bus which runs every 20 minutes from the airport to downtown and back. You can get more information on this service by contacting the ground transportation coordinator, or the ACCESS provider at the downtown stop.
- Other services to and from the airport include car rentals, public transportation, limousines, taxis, shuttles and charter buses. There is also valet parking at the airport for those interested. If you choose to park at the airport, choose from short-term, long-term, and extended options.
